課程概述
本課程介紹流行舞蹈之基本風格與動作語彙，涵蓋當代流行舞蹈的基礎技巧與節奏訓練，透過循序漸進之身體訓練與組合練習，培養學生對流行舞蹈動作特質與音樂節奏之掌握能力，並提升舞台表現力與肢體協調性。
This course introduces the fundamental styles and movement vocabulary of popular dance. It covers basic techniques and rhythm training in contemporary popular dance. Through progressive physical training and movement combinations, students will develop the ability to understand movement qualities and musical rhythm, while enhancing stage presence and body coordination.
授課內容
本課程以流行舞蹈之基礎訓練與多元風格為核心，透過節奏律動、身體控制、動作技巧及舞蹈組合，培養學生的肢體協調性、音樂感與舞蹈表現能力。課程內容涵蓋 Jazz、New Jazz、Hip-Hop、Commercial Dance、Tap Dance 等流行舞蹈元素，並依不同音樂風格進行動作質感與表現方式的訓練。
This course centers on foundational pop dance training and diverse styles. Through rhythmic movement, body control, movement techniques, and dance choreography, it develops students' physical coordination, musicality, and performance skills. The curriculum covers popular dance elements including Jazz, New Jazz, Hip-Hop, Commercial Dance, and Tap Dance. It also provides training in movement texture and expressive techniques tailored to different musical styles.
授課方式
本課程採講解示範、實際操作、分組練習等多元教學方式，透過教師示範與動作解析，引導學生掌握流行舞蹈的基本律動、技巧及不同舞蹈風格。課程中搭配音樂進行舞蹈組合練習，強化學生的節奏感、肢體協調、動作質感與舞台表現力。
並透過分組合作、即興探索及創意編排，鼓勵學生發展個人特色與創作能力；配合課堂觀察、個別指導與即時回饋，依學生不同程度調整教學內容，提升學習成效。期末以舞蹈作品或成果展演方式，整合課程所學並培養團隊合作與舞台實務能力。
This course adopts diverse pedagogical approaches, including lecture-demonstrations, practical hands-on application, and group practice. Through instructor demonstrations and movement analysis, students are guided to master the fundamental rhythms, techniques, and distinct styles of pop dance. The curriculum pairs choreography exercises with music to enhance students' sense of rhythm, physical coordination, movement texture, and stage presence.
Furthermore, the course encourages students to develop their personal identity and creative capabilities through group collaboration, improvisation, and creative choreography. Grounded in classroom observation, individual tutoring, and real-time feedback, instructional content is tailored to different proficiency levels to optimize learning outcomes. The course culminates in a final dance piece or showcase, integrating cumulative learning while fostering teamwork and practical stage skills.
