2.透過走、跑、跳、滾等日常動作探索四肢、軀幹的協調性及動能。
3.身體與時間、空間、精力等元素的探索。
4.身體語彙與動作質地的探索。
5.音樂、道具、主題等元素的探究
6.獨舞、群舞等舞蹈結構的探索
7.舞蹈小品的創作
1.Awareness of different body parts and sensory perception through the five senses.
2.Exploration of coordination and kinetic energy in the limbs and torso through everyday movements such as walking, running, jumping, and rolling.
3.Exploration of the relationship between the body and the elements of time, space, and energy.
4.Investigation of movement vocabulary and movement qualities.
5.Exploration of elements such as music, props, and themes.
6.Exploration of dance structures including solo and group composition.
7.Creation of short dance pieces.

課程概述
以即興的方式認知身體的運用，探索身體使用的豐富性及可能性，對時間、空間、精力元素再度探索。能靈活地運用身體不同部位發展出不同的舞蹈語彙、舞句、即興表演能力進而刺激想像力及創造力，進入創作領域。
Through improvisation, students develop an embodied awareness of movement, exploring the richness and possibilities of the body while reexamining the elements of time, space, and energy. By engaging different body parts with flexibility and versatility, learners create diverse movement vocabularies, phrases, and improvisational performance abilities—stimulating imagination and creativity and paving the way toward the realm of choreography.
授課內容
課程將介紹團體共同練習與合作的方法，幫助舞者建立對彼此更有效且敏銳的覺察能力。課程內容主要涵蓋三大面向：空間（Space）、時間（Time）與動作創發（Movement Invention）。每個面向皆由一系列主題組成，從個人的探索與實驗開始，逐步發展至較具結構性的團體即興創作練習。
Class will introduce ways for a group to practice working together and for the dancers to gain an effective awareness of each other, including three main areas: Sapce, Time, and Movement Invention.Each areas is presented as a series of topics,which helps individual exploration to more formally structured group improvisations.
