課程目標

1.教授學生建築物理中之音光熱氣水五大領域。 2.訓練學生運用建築物理知識於被動式建築設計。 3.給學生對綠建築及生態都市有基本之了解。

課程概述

建築物理為建築及都市設計設計之重要基礎課程，藉由建築物理分析可以了解環境與建築之整體配置關係，也為達到建築安全舒適設計時之基本根據，課程內容包含音光熱氣水五大部分，是一門跨領域的建築課程。

授課內容

建築物理環境包含音、光、熱、氣、水等物理環境。這些物理環境與居住者的安全、舒適、健康息息相關，於進行物理環境控制時，更牽涉到能源的使用與地球環保的課題。在地球環保受重視的時代，如何在確保節能的建築中創造更舒適的環境，是目前全球建築師都相當關注的的課題。在以環境共生為前提的建築設計中，建築設計專業者除了造型美學以外亦需要物理環境的知識，以避免僅注重建築美學而忽略舒適及節能的情形。建築空間不可脫離人的議題而存在，否則將變成空有美學的雕塑。在考慮人的議題時，除了視覺以外亦需探討聽覺、嗅覺、觸覺、生理反應等現象，而這些現象均與建築物理環境學習習相關。本課程主要教導學生理解建築環境物理，並思考應用於建築設計時的建築手法，以充實未來建築職場環境所需的基礎知識。
