課程概述
倫理涉及個體或族群所判定對錯行為的觀念,或各種社會關係所應遵循的規範,也涉及個人工作時,對自己、對他人、對社會大眾以及對工作本身所應遵行的行為準則和道德標準。
Ethics involves the concepts by which an individual or group judges right and wrong behavior, as well as the norms that should guide various social relationships. It also encompasses the principles and moral standards that an individual should follow in their work — toward themselves, others, society at large, and the work itself.
授課內容
課程概述
本課程延續藝術職業倫理(三)之職涯探索基礎,進一步聚焦於藝術工作者進入專業職場後所需具備之職業倫理、專業素養與生涯經營能力。課程透過專題講座、實務案例分析、校友經驗分享、班級研討及專案實作等方式,引導學生思考藝術創作與職業責任之關係,建立正確之專業價值觀與工作態度。
課程內容涵蓋藝術工作者之職業倫理、智慧財產權、演出合約與勞動權益、藝術行政實務、文化產業發展趨勢、自媒體經營、跨域合作及創業規劃等議題。透過業界專家與傑出校友之經驗分享,協助學生了解表演藝術產業之運作模式與未來發展方向,提升其專業判斷與問題解決能力。
此外,課程亦結合畢業製作與職涯規劃討論,引導學生整合在校所學,建立個人作品集與專業形象,為未來升學、就業或自主創作發展做好準備。
Course Description
This course builds upon the career exploration foundation established in Arts Professional Ethics (III) and further focuses on the professional ethics, workplace competencies, and career management skills required for artists entering the professional field.
Through lectures, case studies, alumni sharing sessions, class discussions, and project-based activities, students will examine the relationship between artistic creation and professional responsibility while developing sound professional values and work ethics.
Topics include professional ethics for artists, intellectual property rights, performance contracts and labor rights, arts administration, cultural industry trends, self-branding through digital media, interdisciplinary collaboration, and entrepreneurship in the arts. By learning from industry professionals and distinguished alumni, students will gain a deeper understanding of the performing arts ecosystem and enhance their professional judgment and problem-solving abilities.
The course also incorporates discussions related to graduation projects and career planning, guiding students to integrate their academic experiences, develop professional portfolios, and establish a professional identity in preparation for graduate studies, employment, or independent artistic practice.

強化職場法規與權益認知: 熟悉智慧財產權、著作權、演出合約及勞動法規等基本知識,提升自我保護與風險管理能力。
提升專業實務與問題解決能力: 透過案例分析與專題討論,培養學生面對職場挑戰時之應變能力與專業判斷能力。
培養藝術行政與專案管理能力: 藉由展演規劃、畢業製作及團隊合作經驗,增進組織協調、溝通管理與專案執行能力。
建立個人品牌與職涯發展規劃: 協助學生整合個人創作成果與專業經歷,建立作品集及職涯發展藍圖,提升未來競爭力。
Course Objectives
Develop Professional Ethics for Artists: To cultivate students' understanding of the relationship between artistic practice and professional responsibility while fostering integrity, respect, and professionalism.
Strengthen Knowledge of Legal Rights and Regulations: To familiarize students with intellectual property rights, copyright issues, performance contracts, and labor regulations, enhancing their ability to protect their professional interests.
Enhance Practical Competencies and Problem-Solving Skills: To develop students' capacity for professional judgment and adaptive problem-solving through case studies and discussion-based learning.
Cultivate Arts Administration and Project Management Skills: To strengthen organizational, communication, and project execution abilities through performance planning, graduation productions, and collaborative activities.
Establish Personal Branding and Career Development Planning: To assist students in developing professional portfolios and career strategies that support future academic, professional, or entrepreneurial pursuits.

Teaching Methods
This course employs a combination of college-wide lectures, departmental seminars, industry expert presentations, case studies, class discussions, graduation project planning, and presentations. The goal is to help students connect artistic expertise with professional workplace expectations while developing ethical awareness and career development skills.
