課程概述
倫理涉及個體或族群所判定對錯行為的觀念，或各種社會關係所應遵循的規範，也涉及個人工作時，對自己、對他人、對社會大眾以及對工作本身所應遵行的行為準則和道德標準。
Ethics involves the concepts by which an individual or group judges right and wrong behavior, as well as the norms that should guide various social relationships. It also encompasses the principles and moral standards that an individual should follow in their work — toward themselves, others, society at large, and the work itself.
授課內容
一、本校定位為「全國最具中華文化特色之綜合型大學」，為強化本校特色，及促進導師輔導成效，由導師開設中華文化專題課程，深化學生對中華文化內涵的認識及現代意義，並提升學生學習成效。
二、「中華文化專題」課程上課方式，每班安排1-2名導師開課為原則。導師每月上課2小時，另由院或系安排在院共時間邀請校內外學者專家前來講授與各院相關之「中華文化專題」課程，學期中每月安排1場為原則，演講時導師應參與上課，並負責安排考核。
I. Our school is positioned as a "comprehensive university with the most Chinese cultural characteristics in the country". In order to strengthen the characteristics of the university and promote the effectiveness of tutors' tutoring, tutors open special courses on Chinese culture to deepen students' understanding of the connotation and modern significance of Chinese culture, and improve students' learning results.
II. The principle of the "Chinese Culture Special Topic" course is to arrange 1-2 tutors per class. The tutor has 2 hours of class every month. In addition, the college or department arranges the college to invite scholars and experts from inside and outside the school to lecture on the "Chinese Culture Special Topic" courses related to each college. In principle, one every month is arranged during the semester. During the speech, the tutor should participate in the class and be responsible for arranging the assessment.
授課方式
活動內容以演講搭配座談，藉由業界人士與校友說明並分析當前職場生態與工作要求，協助同學做好未來就業的自我準備與心理調適。
講座中獲益良多。活動內容資料豐富，講者們與同學分享兩岸不同的工作經驗與職場文化，並提供實用的法律常識，同學在聽完演講後，得以對未來有更多的參考和思慮，面對將來的發展方向也能以更慎重的態度來決定
The content of the event will be a combination of speeches and discussions. Industry professionals and alumni will explain and analyze the current workplace ecology and job requirements, helping students prepare for future employment and psychological adjustment.
Benefited a lot from the lectures. The content of the activity is rich in information. The speakers shared with the students the different work experience and workplace culture on both sides of the strait, and provided practical legal knowledge. The direction can also be decided with a more careful attitude
