課程概述

倫理涉及個體或族群所判定對錯行為的觀念，或各種社會關係所應遵循的規範，也涉及個人工作時，對自己、對他人、對社會大眾以及對工作本身所應遵行的行為準則和道德標準。 Ethics involves the concepts by which an individual or group judges right and wrong behavior, as well as the norms that should guide various social relationships. It also encompasses the principles and moral standards that an individual should follow in their work — toward themselves, others, society at large, and the work itself.

授課內容

講座課程內容以演講搭配座談，藉由業界人士與校友說明並分析當前職場生態與工作要求，協助同學做好未來就業的自我準備與心理調適。並以各講座中多元豐富的經驗及資料，讓同學分享國際及兩岸不同的工作經驗與職場文化，並提供實用的法律常識，同學在聽完演講後，得以對未來有更多的參考和思慮，面對將來的發展方向也能以更慎重的態度來決定未來。
班級研討課程用以討論班上課業之外的行政事務及班展、畢業展的團隊組織、工作分配、舞作編排等事宜。
The lecture series consists of keynote talks and panel discussions featuring professionals from the industry and distinguished alumni. Through their insights and analyses of current workplace trends, professional expectations, and career development, students are guided in preparing themselves for future employment, both practically and psychologically. Drawing upon the speakers' diverse experiences and expertise, the course also encourages discussion of international and cross-strait work experiences, workplace cultures, and practical legal knowledge. By attending these lectures, students gain valuable perspectives for career planning and are better equipped to make thoughtful and informed decisions regarding their future professional development.
The Class Seminar is designed to address class-related administrative matters beyond academic coursework, as well as to facilitate planning and coordination for class performances and graduation productions. Topics include team organization, task allocation, choreography planning, production management, and other collaborative aspects of performance preparation.

透過參與院專題講座、系專題演講以及班會研討的方式，來提升學生學習成效、個人成長、團隊合作以及為未來進入社會及就業做準備。
By participating in college-wide seminars, departmental lectures, and class seminars, students are expected to enhance their learning outcomes, promote personal and professional development, cultivate teamwork and collaborative skills, and prepare for future careers and active participation in society.
