課程目標
1. 認識芭蕾術語並有一定程度的認知與理解。2. 體認芭蕾基本動作技巧的必要性，能確切要求身體各部位皆具備紮實、良好的控制能力。3. 提升肢體表現力，能自然表現芭蕾動作的剛、柔特性。4. 培養芭蕾氣質，奠定良好的身體基礎能力。5. 具美的鑑賞力。
1. Know the ballet terms and have a certain degree of cognition and understanding.
2. Recognize the necessity of basic movement skills of ballet, which can accurately require all parts of the body to have solid and good control ability.
3. Improve the expressiveness of the body, which can naturally show the rigid and soft characteristics of ballet movements.
4. Cultivate ballet temperament and lay a good physical foundation.
5. It has the ability to appreciate beauty.

課程概述
1. 如何掌握身體的平衡性和穩定度以及上、下肢，軀體以及頭部動作的協調運作，為本課程訓練之基本原則。2. 本課程以中級古典芭蕾技巧為課程訓練基礎，內容主要包含：（1.）雙腿的外展性（2.）正確的身體基本形態（3.）肌肉的柔韌性（4.）姿態的穩定性（5.）彈跳能力以及（6.）精確的協調性和流暢性，以及相關芭蕾藝文知訊介紹。
1. How to master the balance and stability of the body and the coordinated operation of the upper and lower limbs, body and head movements are the basic principles of this course training.
2. This course takes intermediate classical ballet skills as the basis of course training, and the content mainly includes: (1.) The extentness of the legs (2) Correct basic body form (3.) Flexibility of muscles (4.) The stability of posture (5.) Bounce ability and (6.) Accurate coordination and fluency, as well as the introduction of relevant ballet art information.
