目的在讓學生能以建築人之角度探討對應數位化與自動化時代建築設備之演進與在建築上之應用。

課程概述

●教學目標 1、以永續環境之觀點及建築人之角度探討對應智慧化時代建築設備之演進與在建築上之應用。 2、探討低環境負荷之建築設備與環境控制技術之應用。 3、使修課學生充分了解建築設備與環境控制之原理與設置內容。 4、藉由實際案例之研討，加深學習之成效。 ●預備知識 :基礎課程 ●教學內容 以環境保全之觀點說明建築物之空調、衛生給排水、電氣、資訊通信、防災、輸送以及設施管理等建築設備之原理與設備內容及設置之注意事項 To provide students with the knowledge about building facilities and environment control, the following topics are taught in this course: 1.The concept of building facilities and environment control 2.Flow chart for integrated facilities planning 3.Air conditioning facilities and case studies 4.Plumbing system 5.Water supply and sewage systems 6.Electricity system and the automatic control system 7.Case studies on electricity and building facilities
