目的讓學生能學習控制建築物量體、景觀、防火避難與建築物理環境。

課程概述

都市計畫係就都市土地作合理的分配使用,其中又以土地使用,公共設施及交通運輸三項為主.該法本身偏重程序及要件規定,透過依都市計畫法法定程序所完成的都市計畫說明書及都市計畫圖,能夠清楚顯示出都市整體或個別發展的政策目標;至於建築法系相關規定,則是達成上述政策目標的具體手段 都市計畫法旨在促進都市經濟.交通.衛生.保安.國防.文化.康樂等方面的健全發展;建築法則重在維護建築環境的公共安全.公共交通.公共衛生及市容觀瞻 本課程的教學目的在帶領學生了解此兩大法系之重要理念.主要內容.操作方式及相互關係
