目的讓學生能學習控制建築物量體、景觀、防火避難與建築物理環境。
The aim is to enable students to learn how to control building volume, landscape, fire prevention and refuge, and the physical environment of buildings.

課程概述
都市計畫係就都市土地作合理的分配使用,其中又以土地使用,公共設施及交通運輸三項為主.該法本身偏重程序及要件規定,透過依都市計畫法法定程序所完成的都市計畫說明書及都市計畫圖,能夠清楚顯示出都市整體或個別發展的政策目標;至於建築法系相關規定,則是達成上述政策目標的具體手段
都市計畫法旨在促進都市經濟.交通.衛生.保安.國防.文化.康樂等方面的健全發展;建築法則重在維護建築環境的公共安全.公共交通.公共衛生及市容觀瞻
本課程的教學目的在帶領學生了解此兩大法系之重要理念.主要內容.操作方式及相互關係
Urban planning focuses on the rational allocation and use of urban land, primarily in land use, public facilities, and transportation. The law itself emphasizes procedural and requirement regulations. Through urban planning documents and maps completed according to the legal procedures of the Urban Planning Act, the policy objectives for the overall or individual development of the city can be clearly demonstrated. The relevant provisions of the building law system are the concrete means to achieve these policy objectives. The Urban Planning Act aims to promote the sound development of urban economy, transportation, sanitation, security, national defense, culture, and recreation; the building law focuses on maintaining public safety, public transportation, public health, and urban aesthetics in the built environment. The teaching objective of this course is to guide students to understand the important concepts, main contents, operational methods, and interrelationships of these two legal systems.
