課程概述
本課程的訓練是建立在學生肢體動作在時間、空間與動能力度掌控學習上面，因此動作的展現能力與控制能力是課程的訓練重點。課程內容亦涉及身體結構基本認知，強調脊椎動力運用與四肢關節動力之使用，同時藉由動作學習與演練的過程，增進學生肢體演譯能力。課程組合包含:1. 地板組合練習2. 重心控制組合練習3. 彈跳組合練習4. 動力組合練習5. 慢板延伸組合練習6. 流動組合練習 7. 大跳流動組合練習
This course is based on training students to control bodily movement in time, space, and dynamics. Therefore, clarity and control in movement execution are the main focus of the training. The course also introduces basic knowledge of body structure, emphasizing spinal dynamics and the use of joints in the limbs. Through the process of learning and practicing movement phrases, students further enhance their ability to interpret and express with the body. Class material includes:
1.Floor-work combinations
2.Center-of-gravity / weight-control combinations
3.Jumping combinations
4.Dynamic (energy) combinations
5.Adagio and extension combinations
6.Flowing combinations
7.Traveling grand-jump combinations
授課內容
1. 認識現代舞蹈發展脈絡與主要教學理念，理解不同流派之身體觀與創作思維。
2. 培養學生現代舞基本技巧、身體控制與動作分析能力，提升身體運用之敏銳度。
3. 建立觀察、引導與示範能力，提升課堂帶領、口語表達與即時調整技巧。
4. 培養教學反思與評量能力，能檢視教學成效並進行適切修正。
5. 強化舞蹈教育實務經驗，建立兼具專業技術與人文素養之現代舞教學能力。
6.讓學生了解肌肉與其活動的可能性，以及重心移轉
7.各種組合的協調性與流暢性練習
8.培養專業態度與智能
