課程概述

本課程旨在探討：華人社會的歷史、文化、價值觀和社會結構。透過閱讀和討論，了解華人社會在不同時空的發展和變化。課程內容包括：華人的宗教信仰、家庭結構、習俗禁忌、歲俗節慶、藝術、戲曲、飲食、醫藥等等。

授課內容

本課程旨在探討:華人社會的歷史、文化、價值觀和社會結構。透過閱讀和討論，了解華人社會在不同時空的發展和變化。
課程內容包括:華人的宗教信仰、家庭結構、習俗禁忌、歲俗節慶、藝術、戲曲、飲食和醫藥等等。期使學生理解華人社會的多樣性；分析華人文化的核心價值觀；瞭解華人的文化發展、變化及對全球化的影響，進而發展跨文化交流的能力，並將這些知識應用在現實生活和跨文化交流中。
This course aims to explore: the history, culture, values ​​and social structure of Chinese society. Through reading and discussion, understand the development and changes of Chinese society in different time and space.
