課程目標

1.提升學生的自我覺察與情感表達能力。 2.從身心動作教育的觀點來了解身體的基本結構。 3.探討舞蹈動作與心理狀態之間的關聯。 4.透過動作來緩解身心不適。 1. Enhance students’ self-awareness and emotional expression. 2. Understand the basic structure of the body from the perspective of somatic movement education. 3. Explore the relationship between dance movement and psychological states. 4. Relieve physical and mental discomfort through movement.

課程概述

此課程將透過理論的解析,讓學生對於舞者的身體結構更加瞭解。經由實際的操作與練習,增加自我覺察的能力,並運用身心動作教育來預防或減緩因訓練而導致的身體不適,最後達到舒緩身心的效果。 This course will help dance students gain a deeper understanding of body structure through theoretical analysis and practical hands-on experiences. Students will enhance their self-awareness and have the abilities to apply somatic movement education to prevent or alleviate training-related discomfort, ultimately achieving relaxation and balance of both body and mind.
