教學目標內涵
本課程結合影像、音訊、視訊、動畫等數位媒體設計裝置，而平板電腦與智慧型手機的蓬勃發展，也讓多媒體短影音製作的需求日益增加。每個人都可以學會，也應該學習的數位媒體短影音設計實作技巧。本課程一系列多媒體短影音實作的方案，涵蓋影像編修、音訊特效、動畫製作、視訊處理、媒體展示、媒體整合等等。

課程概述
本課程將以深入淺出的方式，由硬體與軟體的介紹，使學習者瞭解創意短影音編輯設計應具備的元素，並從實務操作中體會製作短影音編輯設計是一件簡單易懂的事。現今電腦數位已是不可或缺的基本素養。創意短影音編輯設計的運用已是未來發展之趨勢，不論是工作上或是生活上，所有文件的編製都將是。因此創意短影音編輯設計的處理技術，不但可以增加就業機會，且可增進每個人的生活情趣。
This course will introduce hardware and software in a simple and easy-to-understand way, allowing learners to understand the elements that creative short video editing design should have, and realize
from practical operations that making short video editing design is a simple and easy-to-understand matter. Nowadays, computer literacy is an indispensable basic literacy. The application of creative short video editing and design has become the trend of future development. Whether it is work or life,the preparation of all documents will be. Therefore, the processing technology of creative short video editing and design can not only This course stimulates students' creative thinking, enabling them to view and interpret images from critical and artistic perspectives, thereby enhancing the design literacy and innovation skills required in the digital age. Students will develop image expression and visual storytelling techniques suited to the digital era, and group collaboration will further strengthen their
communication skills. increase employment opportunities, but also enhance everyone’s life interest.
授課內容
本課程教導同學影像設計、剪輯技巧，並進行創製實務。
課程內容包括分鏡、拍攝基本技巧，並著重學習剪輯技巧，如何從拍攝影片整理出故事架構與運用剪輯敘事說故事。
影像即剪接。本課程以影像藝術與創作為本，包含影像類型介紹、經典作品賞析、剪輯軟體工具操作、影像作品創作研討等。課程介紹不同類型影像作品，包含劇情片、紀錄片、新媒體影像、錄像藝術等。並介紹剪輯軟體Adobe Premiere工具使用。令學生能在課程進行影像創作，從腳本、分鏡表、剪輯等依步驟研討，而達成個人影像創作作品。
This course teaches students video design, editing skills, and creative practice. The course content includes storytelling, basic shooting skills, and focuses on learning editing skills, how to sort out the story structure from shooting videos and use editing narratives to tell stories.
Film is about editing. This course focuses on Film and creation, including introduction of video types, appreciation of classic works, operation of editing software tools, discussion of video works creation, etc. This course introduces different types of video works, including feature films, documentaries, new media video, video art, etc. And introduces the editing software Adobe Premiere. To enable students to create moving image work in the course, from the script, storyboard, editing and other step by step discussion, and achieve personal moving image works.
