課程目標

膠州秧歌亦屬山東三大秧歌之一,課程內容主要以人物動態特徵(小嫚、扇女、翠花)、風格特點做依據,要使學生能體現膠州秧歌的明快、舒展、賦予韌勁的舞姿和細膩、潑辣的情感,給人一種堅韌.挺拔.舒展.俐落的美感形象視覺,表現出人們對生活的渴望和毫無掩遮的感情宣洩特點,就需要掌握「擰」、「碾」、「撐」、「韌」四大特徵,使動律特徵與音樂融合為一體。 1.從體態-動作訓練重點扭,扭字在民間有三彎九動十八態之稱。 2.腳下擰、碾,要有腰上的扭,必然要以腳下運動作支點,自下而上的擰、碾、扭作為動作發力的重點,加上肢手臂撐、韌是透過小臂繞8,訓練身體上下的協調性和控制身體的能力。 3.從單一元素分析教學-短句-組合,循序漸進,體態三道彎及動率中腳下的抬重.落輕.走飄形成一體,才能構成完整的膠州秧歌舞蹈動態,將動作特徵掌握在學生身上。 1. The focus of posture and movement training is on twisting, a movement described in folk tradition as having three bends, nine movements, and eighteen postures. 2. Twisting and grinding the feet, along with the twisting of the waist, necessitates using the feet as a fulcrum. The twisting, grinding, and turning from bottom to top are the key to generating power. Combined with arm support and flexibility, achieved through the forearm's circular motion, this trains the body's upper and lower body coordination and control. 3. Teaching is analyzed from single elements—short phrases—to combinations, progressing gradually. The three bends in posture and the dynamics of footwork—lifting heavy, landing lightly, and walking with a sense of movement—are integrated to form the complete dynamics of Jiaozhou Yangge dance, ensuring students grasp the characteristics of the movements.

膠州秧歌亦屬山東三大秧歌之一,課程內容主要以人物動態特徵(小嫚、扇女、翠花)、風格特點做依據,要使學生能體現膠州秧歌的明快、舒展、賦予韌勁的舞姿和細膩、潑辣的情感,給人一種堅韌.挺拔.舒展.俐落的美感形象視覺,表現出人們對生活的渴望和毫無掩遮的感情宣洩特點,就需要掌握「擰」、「碾」、「撐」、「韌」四大特徵,使動律特徵與音樂融合為一體。 Jiaozhou Yangko is one of the three major Yangko dances in Shandong. The course content is mainly based on the dynamic characteristics of the characters (Xiaoman, Shannu, Cuihua) and stylistic features. To enable students to embody the lively, graceful, and resilient dance moves and delicate yet bold emotions of Jiaozhou Yangko, giving people a visually appealing image of resilience, uprightness, grace, and agility, and expressing people's yearning for life and unreserved emotional expression, it is necessary to master the four major characteristics of "twisting," "grinding," "supporting," and "resilience," so that the rhythmic features are integrated with the music.
