課程概述
本課程旨在透 過舞蹈創作和表演,啟發學生對身體、環境、土地和生活的理解和感知。透過 18週的學習,學生將從身體探索、環境意識、土地連結和生活體驗四個方面進行深入學習。課程結合了基本的舞蹈動作訓練、觀察環境、 探索當地文化和個人創作,旨在培養學生的創造力、表達能力和社交能力 。
This course aims to inspire students' understanding and perception of the body, environment, land, and life through dance creation and performance. Over 18 weeks, students will delve into body exploration, environmental awareness, land connection, and life experience. The course integrates basic dance movement training, environmental observation, exploration of outdoor environment , and personal creation to cultivate students' creativity, expression skills, and social abilities.
授課內容
「舞動萬花筒」是一個充滿活力和創意的即興舞蹈課程,旨在啟發學生對身體、環境、土地和生 活的理解和感知來探索舞蹈的多樣性和豐富性。從基本的身體動作開始,逐漸融入舞蹈元素,同時引導學生觀察周遭環境,尋找靈感。每週的課程可以探討不同的主題,如季節變化、環境景觀、自然元素等,透過各自的創意舞蹈表達出來,藉由每堂課的觀摩與討論中,培養觀察力與溝通能力。

“Dancing Kaleidoscope” is a lively and creative improvisational dance course designed to inspire students to explore the diversity and richness of dance through an understanding and awareness of their bodies, surroundings, land, and life experiences. Beginning with fundamental body movements and gradually incorporating dance elements, the course also guides students to observe their environment and seek inspiration. Each week focuses on a different theme—such as seasonal changes, landscapes, or natural elements—encouraging students to express their ideas through creative movement. Through in-class sharing and discussion, students develop observational and communication skills.
Body Awareness and Expression:
Using improvisational dance to sense and express bodily feelings, emotions, and thoughts.
Environmental Awareness and Connection:
Understanding how the environment influences improvisational movement and transforming surroundings into dance elements.
Connection to Land and Culture:
Exploring characteristics of the land, culture, and personal identity, and integrating them into one’s dance creations.
Expression of Life Experiences:
Using improvisation to express everyday actions, emotions, and stories, transforming them into dance works.
Cultivation of Creativity and Expressive Ability:
Developing creativity, expressiveness, and confidence through improvisational movement.
Collaboration and Social Skills:
Building teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills through collaborative dance creation.
Reflection and Growth:

其他需求1.如需請假請依照學校規定辦理(上線請假),未辦理者以曠課論。本課程重視實作與參與,缺席三次以上影響成績。
2.上課時間超過10分鐘以遲到論,超過30分鐘,以曠課論。
3.加分題:可加總成績5分。整學期上課的感想與建議,(A4紙張一張,字型標楷體14號字,不超過500字為原則),請於第16周下課繳交。
4.上課服裝以有彈性、好活動的為主(如運動服)。
5.髮型以乾淨俐落為主,如綁馬尾。
1. If you need to take leave, please follow the school's regulations (apply for leave online). Those who
fail to do so will be considered absent.
2. Being late for class for more than 10 minutes will be considered tardy; for over 30 minutes, it will be considered as absent.
3. Bonus Question: Up to 5 points can be added to the total score. Share your reflections and suggestions on the classes throughout the semester (one A4 paper, font: KaiTi, size 14, within 500 words), to be submitted at the end of the 16th week.
4. Flexible and active attire is preferred for class (such as sportswear).
5. Keep your hairstyle clean and tidy, ponytails are acceptable.
