課程目標

以循序漸進的組合練習,透過骨骼的結構及肌肉不同層次的運用方式,發展更流暢及精確的動作語彙。在控制與放鬆之間,體會動作組合的意義與用法,進而幫助表演技巧能力的展現。1.地板組合度動作訓練2.重心控制組合訓練3.彈跳組合動作訓練4.動力組合訓練5.慢板延伸組合訓練6.流動組合訓練 Through progressively challenging combinations of exercises, and by exploring the structure of the skeleton and the different levels of muscle engagement, students develop a more fluid and precise vocabulary of movement. By balancing control and relaxation, they experience the meaning and application of these movement combinations, thereby enhancing their performance skills. This includes multiple aspects of the body, such as floor work, center of gravity, jumping, dynamics, slow tempo, extension, and fluidity.

課程概述

透過現代舞訓練體系之引導,提升學習者的巧能力及現代舞素養。無論是瑪莎·葛蘭姆的收縮與伸展(contraction & release)、韓福瑞的倒地與爬起(fall & recovery)、李蒙的動靜結合與變化以及後現代的放鬆技巧都是現代舞身體美學的訓練目標。而現代舞的訓練經常是建立在精確的時、空與力度掌控上面,因此動作的展現能力與控制能力亦是本課程的訓練目標。1.使學習者明白身體架構(alignment)及肌肉的使用方式2.強化學習者現代舞的技巧能力與動作精確性3.培養學習者了解動作與音樂之間的關係4.培養學習者的表演能力5.熟習現代舞的舞蹈特色 Through the guidance of a modern dance training system, this course aims to enhance learners' dexterity and modern dance literacy. Whether it's Martha Graham's contraction and release, Humphrey's fall and recovery, Li Meng's combination and variation of movement and stillness, or postmodern relaxation techniques, all are training goals of modern dance's physical aesthetics. Furthermore, modern dance training often relies on precise control of time, space, and force; therefore, the ability to express and control movements is also a training objective of this course.
