課程概述

芭蕾為歐洲古典舞蹈的重要代表,融合音樂、戲劇、啞劇與舞台美術等跨領域元素,具有四至五百年的歷史,是舞蹈史中最具系統性、專業性與影響力的國際舞蹈形式。 本課程承接中級技巧訓練,邁入更高階的技術精練、舞台詮釋與專業表現能力之培養。 除技術進階外,也深度引導學生理解動作機制、身體協調的細膩性、舞者身體的專業管理,以及經典劇目中的角色塑造與舞台語彙。 本課程以教授中高級芭蕾技巧課程主,教學內容及流程如下: 1.扶把練習(以更高難度與複雜性為主):(1) Plies (2) Battement tendus (3) Battement Degage (4) Rond de Jambe a terre (5) Battement fondus (6) Battement frappe (7) Rondde jambe en lair (8) Petit Battement (9)Adagio (10) Grand Battement 2.教室中間練習(加強技巧一更強調複雜組合、方向轉換與技巧整合)(Center Practice):(1) Battement tendus (2) Adagio (3) Pirouettes (4) Pettit Allegro (5) Allegro (6) Grand Allegro(7) Pointe Work (8) Reverence 3.學習經典劇目之舞蹈小品(進行更具挑戰性的芭蕾古典劇目選段,強化舞者的角色詮釋、動作細膩度、隊形紀律與舞台專業能力) Ballet, rooted in European classical dance and integrating music, drama, mime, and stage art, has a history spanning four to five centuries. It is the oldest, most influential, and most widely preserved international dance form. Ballet education is systematic, rigorous, and comprehensive. Beyond technical training, it emphasizes the understanding of movement principles, aesthetics, and professional knowledge. Building upon intermediate ballet training, this course advances into higher-level technical development, artistic expression, and performance refinement. This course focuses on teaching intermediate and advanced ballet techniques. The teaching content and process are as follows: 1. Barre Practice(With increased difficulty, precision, and complexity): (1) Plies (2) Battement tendus (3) Battement Degage (4) Rond de Jambe a terre (5) Battement fondus (6) Battement frappe (7) Rondde jambe en lair (8) Petit Battement (9) Adagio (10) Grand Battement 2. Center Practice(Featuring more complex combinations, directional changes, and integrated skills): (1) Battement tendus (2) Adagio (3) Pirouettes (4) Pettit Allegro (5) Allegro (6) Grand Allegro (7) Pointe Work (8) Reverence 3. Learning Classic Dance Pieces: Learning more challenging excerpts from classical ballet repertoire to develop dramatic interpretation, technical precision, ensemble discipline, and stage professionalism.

授課內容

高級技術訓練: 硬鞋課程、高階跳躍、轉圈、快速步伐、複合動作和平衡能力的加強訓練。
表演與角色塑造: 專注於情感深入表達和角色的藝術詮釋。
動作質感與細膩控制: 強化肢體的精準控制,探索不同質感的動作表現。
舞台實戰與作品演練: 讓學生經歷舞台排練和作品展演,進一步提升其舞台表現。
課程融入現代芭蕾基本動作訓練,讓學生在古典芭蕾的基礎上訓練更延展、流暢的肢體以及更多的重心轉移控制。

本課程旨在協助學生建立完整的芭蕾技巧基礎,並強化未來進入職場與舞台時的實務能力。面對各大比賽逐漸納入「現代芭蕾」項目,課程將專注於硬鞋芭蕾技巧與身體控制的扎實訓練;並融入現代芭蕾基本課程訓練,以及自編現代芭蕾小品練習,讓學生在古典與當代語彙間自然轉換,培養更靈活、多元的芭蕾身體語彙。

Advanced Technical Training:
Includes pointe work, advanced jumps, turns, fast footwork, complex combinations, and enhanced balance training.

Performance and Character Development:
Focuses on deep emotional expression and the artistic interpretation of roles.

Movement Quality and Nuanced Control:
Strengthens precise bodily control while exploring varied movement textures.

Stage Practicum and Repertoire Workshops:
Provides students with stage rehearsal and performance experience to further develop their stage presence.

The course integrates fundamental contemporary ballet training, enabling students to develop a more extended, fluid body line and greater control in weight shifts, while maintaining a solid foundation in classical ballet.

This course aims to help students build a comprehensive foundation in ballet technique and reinforce their practical skills for future professional and stage careers. As major competitions increasingly include “contemporary ballet” categories, the curriculum emphasizes solid training in pointe technique and body control, supplemented with fundamental contemporary ballet practice and short student-created contemporary ballet pieces. Through this structure, students learn to transition naturally between classical and contemporary vocabularies, cultivating a more flexible and diverse ballet movement language.
