課程目標

1.建立中國舞訓練所需的基本身體條件與動作能力。 2.掌握中國舞身韻、身法與技巧動作的規範與表現方式。 3.培養動作與音樂、呼吸、情感之間的連結與統整能力。 4.提升學生舞台表現力與個人風格的展現能力。 5.為進階中國舞—主修技巧(二)課程做好技術準備。 1. Establish the fundamental physical conditions and movement abilities required for Chinese dance training. 2. Master the principles and expressive methods of Chinese dance body rhythm, body techniques, and technical movements. 3. Develop the ability to connect and integrate movement with music, breathing, and emotion. 4. Enhance students’ stage performance skills and their capacity to express individual style. 5. Provide the technical preparation necessary for CHINESE FOLK DANCE MAJOR(II).

課程概述

《中國舞—主修技巧(一)》課程為中國古典舞訓練的基礎核心課程,結合基訓與身韻兩大面向,旨在建立學生良好的身體素質與古典舞語彙的身體表現力。課程透過地面訓練、柔軟與力量訓練、基本身法與律動節奏的培養,引導學生掌握「手、眼、身、法、步」的協調,體會中國舞中「以身帶手、以身傳神」的動作美學。 “CHINESE FOLK DANCE MAJOR (Ⅰ)” is a foundational core course in Chinese classical dance training, integrating two main aspects: basic training and body rhythm (Shen Yun). The course aims to develop students’ physical strength, flexibility, and expressive ability in the movement vocabulary of classical Chinese dance. Through floor exercises, flexibility and strength training, as well as the cultivation of fundamental body techniques and rhythmic movement, students learn to coordinate hands, eyes, body, methods, and steps, and to experience the aesthetic principle of Chinese dance—“using the body to lead the hands, and expressing the spirit through the body.”

“CHINESE FOLK DANCE MAJOR

1.缺課3次(含公假、事假,病假) 將以不及格分數計算
2.服裝儀容的部分
  頭髮~女生請盤起;男生髮型不誇張即可。
  服裝~女生穿深色舞衣、粉色褲襪、黑色安全褲;男生穿深色舞衣、深色緊身
          褲;統一穿軟鞋。
Class Regulations (This course is only open to students pursuing a minor or double major)
1. Attendance
Students who are absent three times (including official leave, personal leave, and sick leave) will receive a failing grade.
2. Dress Code and Appearance
Hair:
Female students must tie their hair up neatly in a bun.
Male students should maintain a simple, non-exaggerated hairstyle.
Attire:
Female students: Dark-colored leotard, pink tights, and black safety shorts.
Male students: Dark-colored leotard and dark-colored fitted pants.
Footwear: All students must wear soft dance shoes.
