課程概述
芭蕾是以歐洲古典舞蹈為主要表現手段，綜合了音樂、戲劇、啞劇、舞台美術等形式的舞蹈藝術；從起源至今已有四、五百年之久，是舞蹈史上歷史最久、影響力最大、流傳最久的國際舞蹈。芭蕾教育是最具系統與完整的舞蹈教育，課程安排嚴謹且具科學性，在教學過程中，除了技能的訓練外，並著重專業知識的傳授；在技能的訓練上，係採由淺入深，由簡趨繁，循序漸進的方式。本課程以教授中高級芭蕾技巧課程主，教學內容及流程如下：1.扶把練習（Barre Practice）：(1) Plies (2) Battement tendus (3) Battement Degage (4) Rond de Jambe a terre (5) Battement fondus (6) Battement frappe (7) Rondde jambe en lair (8) Petit Battement (9)Adagio (10) Grand Battement2.教室中間練習（Center Practice）：(1) Battement tendus (2) Adagio (3) Pirouettes (4) Pettit Allegro (5) Allegro (6) Grand Allegro(7) Pointe Work (8) Reverence3.學習經典劇目之舞蹈小品
Ballet takes European classical dance as the main means of expression, integrating dance art in the form of music, drama, pantomime, stage art and so on. It has been four or five hundred years since its origin, and it is the oldest, most influential and longest-lasting international dance in the history of dance. Ballet education is the most systematic and complete dance education. The curriculum is rigorous and scientific. In the teaching process, in addition to the training of skills, it also focuses on the teaching of professional knowledge. In the training of skills, it is from shallow to deep, from simple to complex, and gradually. This course mainly teaches middle and advanced ballet skills. The teaching content and process are as follows:

3. Learn the dance sketches of classic plays
授課內容
技術訓練： 高級芭蕾技巧，包括中性位、轉圈、跳躍和平衡控制等。
表演技巧： 將芭蕾技術與情感表達結合，編創軟鞋現代芭蕾小品，專注於角色和音樂詮釋。
本課程旨在協助學生建立完整的芭蕾技巧基礎，並強化未來進入職場與舞台時的實務能力。面對各大比賽中「現代芭蕾」項目，課程前半段將專注於芭蕾技巧與身體控制的扎實訓練；後半段則融入現代芭蕾小品練習，讓學生在古典與當代語彙間自然轉換，培養更靈活、多元的芭蕾身體語彙。
