課程目標
芭蕾基本動作,有:扶把基本動作、教室中間基本動作兩大部分。操作動作的同時,講解術語專有名詞要義,並示範該動作的操作方法。
芭蕾基本動作,含括:
一、身軀,手臂,腿以及頭部等以及空間的整體概念認知。
二、各項專有術語動作,如:Plie、Battements Rond de Jambe、Port de Bras、Temps Lie等以及各式舞姿、Adagio、銜接動作、輔助動作、Tours(地面、空中)、跳躍、Allegro、半踮動作技巧動作等。
三、動作與音樂的關聯。
透過正知,理解芭蕾基本動作的原理,訓練良好得宜的肌力,強力緊實的後背控制力,維持健康正確的脊柱位置以穩定身體中心。
There are two basic movements of ballet: the basic movements of the handrail and the basic movements in the middle of the classroom. While operating the action, explain the essence of the proper noun of the term and demonstrate the operation method of the action. The basic movements of ballet include:
1.Body, arms, legs and head, etc., as well as the overall conceptual cognition of space. 2.Various proprietary terms and movements, such as: Plie, Battements Rond de Jambe, Port de Bras, Temps Lie, etc., as well as various dance postures, Adagio, connection movements, auxiliary movements, Tours (ground, air Middle), jumping, Allegro, half-stoe movement skills, etc. 3.The relationship between action and music. Through correct knowledge, understand the principle of the basic movements of ballet, train good and appropriate muscle strength, strong and firm back control, and maintain a healthy and correct spinal position to stabilize the center of the body.

課程概述
了解芭蕾舞蹈與芭蕾基本動作之意涵以及動作與音樂的必要關聯性,於未來教學中備妥良好全面的芭蕾知識。
一、教授適切的肢體質性,配合正確的操作認知,使基本動作的練習,發揮最好的訓練作用。
二、培養良好優美體態並使身體動作能完全自主控制,且避免受傷。
三、提升芭蕾舞蹈藝術的整體概念與認知。
Understand the meaning of ballet dance and the basic movements of ballet and the necessary correlation between movements and music, and prepare a good and comprehensive knowledge of ballet in future teaching.
1.Teach appropriate limb constitution, with correct operation cognition, so that the practice of basic movements can play the best training role.
2.Cultivate a good and beautiful posture and make the body movements completely autonomous and avoid injury.
3. Improve the overall concept and cognition of ballet dance art.
授課內容
1.如何掌握身體的平衡性和穩定度以及上、下肢,軀體以及頭部動作的協調運作,為本課程訓練之基本原則。
2.本課程以及中級古典芭蕾技巧為課程訓練基礎,內容主要包含:(1)雙腿的外展性 (2)正確的身體基本型態 (3)肌肉的柔韌性 (4)姿態的穩定性 (5)彈跳能力 (6)精確的協調性和流暢性,以及相關芭蕾藝文知訊介紹
1. How to master the balance and stability of the body and the coordinated operation of the upper and lower limbs, body and head movements are the basic principles of this course training.
2. This course and intermediate classical ballet skills are the basis of course training, which mainly include: (1) the extensibility of the legs (2) the correct basic body shape (3) the flexibility of muscles (4) the stability of posture (5) bounce ability (6) precise coordination and fluency, and related ballet arts Introduction of Wenzhixun
