課程目標

目的在瞭解(實質)環境規劃師（Physical）Environmental Planner）在都市計畫的過程中所扮演的角色，明瞭各種都市型態的影響及造成這種型態的各種因素，尤其重點放在時間、空間與文化因素。

課程概述

1.探討現代都市設計發展歷史背景。 2.瞭解環境（實質）規劃師（Physical Planner）在都市環境計畫的過程中所扮演的角色。 3.明瞭各種都市型態的影響及造成這種型態的各種因素，尤其重點放在時間、空間與文化因素。 4.討論的範圍並包產業科技突破對都市設計的影響。 5.最後將模擬操作都市設計的整個過程。

授課內容

都市設計是一門強調觀察、體驗與實踐的學科，除基本知識理論外，本課程將透過真實都市環境的整合性學習，讓學生踏出校園親身參與各種都市設計專業實踐之工作，以藉此更深入了解該學科。具體課程將包括以下授課內容：1.都市的定義與發展理論；2.都市設計專業範疇；3.都市設計基本理論；4.國內外都市設計案例；5.都市設計實務；6.當代都市設計發展趨勢；7.都市環境觀察體驗；8.都市環境規劃服務實踐。
Urban design is a subject that emphasizes observation, experience and practice. In addition to basic knowledge and theory, this course will allow students to step out of the campus and participate in various urban design professional practices through integrated learning in the real urban environment. Learn more about the subject. Specific courses will include the following teaching content: 1. Urban definition and development theory; 2. Urban design professional category; 3. Basic theory of urban design; 4. Urban design cases at home and abroad; 5. Urban design practice; 6. Contemporary urban design Development trend; 7. Urban environment observation experience; 8. Urban environment planning service practice.

授課方式

本課程結合理論與實務學習進行之策略、方式及具體實施。專業知識理論會經由課堂及線上教學，講授都市設計相關之專業知識理論；專業實踐體驗。

This course combines theoretical and practical learning strategies, methods, and specific implementation. Professional theoretical knowledge will be taught both in-class and online, covering urban design-related professional theoretical knowledge; practical experience will also be provided.
Online synchronous teaching will be implemented.
