課程概述
一、本校定位為「全國最具中華文化特色之綜合型大學」,為強化本校特色,及促進導師輔導成效,由導師開設中華文化專題課程,深化學生對中華文化內涵的認識及其現代意義,並提升學生學習成效。二、「中華文化專題」課程上課方式,每班安排1-2名導師開課為原則。導師每月上課2小時,另由院或系安排在院共時間邀請校內外學者專家前來講授與各院相關之「中華文化專題」課程,學期中每月安排1場為原則,演講時導師應參與上課,並負責安排考核。
1. The university is positioned as “a comprehensive institution distinguished by its strong emphasis on Chinese cultural heritage.” To reinforce this defining feature and enhance the effectiveness of faculty mentorship, instructors offer the *Chinese Culture Seminar* course. The course aims to deepen students’ understanding of the essence and modern significance of Chinese culture while improving their overall learning outcomes.2. Each *Chinese Culture Seminar* class is generally taught by one or two faculty advisors, who conduct two hours of instruction per month. Additionally, colleges or departments will organize joint sessions inviting both internal and external scholars or experts to deliver lectures on Chinese cultural topics relevant to each field. As a general principle, one lecture will be held each month during the semester, with advisors expected to attend, participate, and oversee student assessments.
授課內容
講座課程內容以演講搭配座談,藉由業界人士與校友說明並分析當前職場生態與工作要求,協助同學做好未來就業的自我準備與心理調適。並以各講座中多元豐富的經驗及資料,讓同學分享國際及兩岸不同的工作經驗與職場文化,並提供實用的法律常識,同學在聽完演講後,得以對未來有更多的參考和思慮,面對將來的發展方向也能以更慎重的態度來決定未來。
藉由讀書會讓同學研讀相關書籍作分組討論增加團隊合作與人際溝通能力
班級研討課程用以討論班上課業之外的行政事務及班展、畢業展的團隊組織、工作分配、舞作編排等事宜。
The lecture series consists of talks combined with panel discussions. Industry professionals and alumni share and analyze current workplace conditions and job requirements, helping students prepare themselves and adjust mentally for future employment. Through the diverse experiences and information presented in the lectures, students gain insights into international and cross-strait work experiences and workplace cultures. Practical legal knowledge is also provided so that, after attending the lectures, students have more references and considerations for their future, enabling them to make more thoughtful decisions about their career paths.
Through book clubs, students read relevant texts and engage in group discussions, enhancing teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
Class seminar sessions are used to discuss administrative matters beyond coursework, such as organizing class exhibitions, graduation showcases, team structure, task allocation, and choreography arrangements.

透過參與院專題講座、系專題演講、讀書會以及班會研討的方式,來提升學生學習成效、個人成長、團隊合作以及為未來進入社會及就業做準備。
Through participation in college-wide lectures, department seminars, book clubs, and class meetings, students enhance their learning effectiveness, personal growth, teamwork abilities, and overall preparation for entering society and future employment.
