一、著重《莊子》文本的解讀及其思想的析論。
二、析論莊子其人、其書(版本、篇數、真偽等)問題。
三、解析莊子語言策略—三言：寓言、重言、卮言
四、解析莊子的文學特性(莊子詩學)
五、探討莊子與玄學、禪宗的關係。
六、論述歷代及當代莊子學。
七、探討莊子思想的當代意義。
八、透過報告撰寫訓練學生解析莊子寓言及培養學生創作寓言的能力。

課程概述
莊子:Selection of Works-Changtzu
莊子是西元前四世紀﹙戰國中期﹚的道家哲人，當時是天下崩解、戰爭頻仍、物論對立、物我分離的亂世，他為當代及後世提出物我齊一、逍遙遊的自處處人哲思，主要思想存於今日所見的《莊子》內七篇—逍遙遊、齊物論、養生主、人間世、德充符、大宗師、應帝王。而外、雜篇是莊子後學的作品，是秦漢之前的莊學論文集。本課程著重莊子文本的解讀及思想探討，進而討論莊學之現代意義暨寓言之賞析、創作。
This program stresses on the interpretation and the probe of the text of Changtzu, discusses its modern meanings, and analyzes the fables and creations in Changtzu.

以教師講授為主，學生分組討論為輔。
