課程概述

倫理涉及個體或族群所判定對錯行為的觀念,或各種社會關係所應遵循的規範,也涉及個人工作時,對自己、對他人、對社會大眾以及對工作本身所應遵行的行為準則和道德標準。

授課內容

課程概述
講座課程以演講結合座談形式進行,邀請業界專業人士與傑出校友,深入解析當前職場生態與工作需求,協助學生建立職涯規劃的基本認知,並提升其對未來就業的心理準備與調適能力。透過講者多元豐富的實務經驗與資料分享,學生得以了解國際與兩岸職場環境與文化的差異,並獲得實用的法律常識。講座內容有助於學生在面對未來發展方向時,能具備更充分的資訊基礎與慎重思考的態度。
讀書會活動則引導學生研讀與職涯相關的書籍,透過分組討論的方式,增進其團隊合作與人際溝通能力。
班級研討課程主要聚焦於課業以外的行政與實務規劃,包括班展、畢業展等活動的團隊組織、工作分配與舞作編排等,藉此培養學生的專案協調與執行能力。
Course Description
This lecture-based course combines keynote speeches and panel discussions, featuring professionals from the industry and distinguished alumni who provide in-depth analyses of current workplace environments and job market demands. The course aims to help students establish a foundational understanding of career planning while enhancing their psychological readiness and adaptability for future employment.
Through the diverse and practical experiences shared by the guest speakers, students gain insight into the differences between international and cross-strait workplace cultures, as well as acquire essential legal knowledge. The lecture content equips students with valuable information and encourages thoughtful reflection when considering their future career paths.
In addition, reading group activities guide students in exploring career-related literature. Group discussions are used to strengthen teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
Class-based seminars focus on non-academic administrative and project planning, including organizing class showcases, graduation performances, and related events. These sessions help students develop project coordination and execution skills through team structuring, task delegation, and choreography planning.

課程目標
1. 認識職場現況與發展趨勢:透過業界講者與校友的分享,了解國內外與兩岸表演藝術及相關產業的職場生態、工作型態與未來發展方向,協助學生建立清晰的職涯規劃觀念。
2. 提升就業準備與心理調適能力:強化學生面對職場挑戰的心理韌性與適應力,具備初步進入職場所需的基本知識、態度與實務常識(如勞動權益、合約觀念等)。
3. 培養人際溝通與團隊合作能力:透過讀書會的分組討論與班級共事活動,訓練學生有效表達、自主學習與協作能力,增強其在多元職場情境中的互動與協調技巧。
4. 強化專案規劃與執行能力:藉由班展與畢業展等團體任務的組織與執行歷程,實際演練企劃、分工、協調與舞作實踐等綜合能力。
5. 培養反思與決策能力:透過課程歷程的經驗分享與自我回顧,引導學生思考自身興趣與職涯方向,進而做出更有意識與深思熟慮的未來選擇。
Course Objectives
1. Understand the Current Workplace Landscape and Industry Trends:
Through the insights shared by industry professionals and alumni, students will gain an understanding of the workplace ecology, job structures, and future development trends in the performing arts and related industries across Taiwan, the international stage, and cross-strait regions. This will help students form a clear and informed approach to career planning.
2. Enhance Job Readiness and Psychological Adaptability:
Strengthen students’ resilience and adaptability in facing workplace challenges by equipping them with the basic knowledge, attitudes, and practical awareness (such as labor rights and contract concepts) needed to enter the professional world.
3. Develop Interpersonal Communication and Teamwork Skills:
Through group discussions in reading circles and collaborative class activities, students will improve their ability to express ideas effectively, engage in self-directed learning, and work as part of a team—key skills for navigating diverse professional environments.
4. Strengthen Project Planning and Execution Skills:
By organizing and executing collective tasks such as class showcases and graduation performances, students will gain hands-on experience in project planning, task distribution, coordination, and choreography realization.
5. Cultivate Reflection and Decision-Making Abilities:
Through experience sharing and self-reflection throughout the course, students will be encouraged to evaluate their personal interests and career goals, leading to more conscious and thoughtful decision-making regarding their future paths.

授課方式

透過參與院專題講座、系專題演講、讀書會以及班會研討的方式,來提升學生學習成效、個人成長、團隊合作以及為未來進入社會及就業做準備。
This course will be conducted through a combination of specialized lectures and seminars organized by the School of Arts, department-specific presentations, book club discussions, and class meetings. This approach aims to enhance students' learning effectiveness, personal growth, teamwork, and preparation for their future entry into society and employment.
