課程目標
1.以荷西李蒙現代技巧為肢體訓練之基本,同時加入後現代各派別之特色與訓練重點,打開肢體多元化語彙運用,達到現代舞實驗、創新的挑戰精神。2.強化李蒙技巧中呼吸與重量之連結關係,並藉由各派別技巧訓練理論確實掌握精力、速度、空間與質地的運用,進而延伸至表演的專業性。具備完美而扎實的技巧能力為舞者該具備的重要元素。3.熟練各派別之技巧重點,強調身體基本能力、動作原理,藉此強化在舞蹈創 作與編排之能力,兩者為相輔相成密不可分的關係。4.現代舞蘊含著探索及創造的精神,舞者在動作技巧訓練之餘,更要以開闊的胸襟接受新觀念、新資訊才能與世界舞蹈藝術接軌。5.具備了完整的身體技巧能力,能幫助舞者日後在職場上所面臨的挑戰。6.增進學習者對教學程序、技巧講授和知識原理認知的能力認知。
1.This course is grounded in José Limón modern dance technique as the foundation of physical training, while integrating characteristics and key training concepts from various postmodern schools. By expanding the diversity of movement vocabulary, students are encouraged to embrace experimentation and innovation in modern dance.
2.The curriculum reinforces the Limón principle of connecting breath with weight, and through the theoretical training methods of multiple movement approaches, students develop precise control of energy, speed, space, and texture. These abilities extend further into professional performance practice, as solid and refined technique is an essential quality for every dancer.
3.By gaining proficiency in the key technical concepts of different schools, and emphasizing fundamental physical abilities and movement principles, students strengthen their capacity for dance creation and choreography—two components that are inseparable and mutually reinforcing.
4.Modern dance embodies the spirit of exploration and creation. Beyond physical training, dancers must maintain openness to new concepts and information in order to remain aligned with the global development of dance and the arts.
5.A complete foundation of physical and technical skills enables dancers to confidently meet the challenges they mayencounter in their future professional careers.
6.The course further enhances learners’ understanding of teaching procedures, technical instruction, and theoretical principles.

課程概述
持續加強肢體該有的基本能力,包含軀幹的正確使用位置,身體的延伸度、柔軟度、肌耐力的力度外,須嘗試更多元的身體使用方式。本課程著重於放鬆技巧中身體各部位重量之使用,加強身體個關節之柔軟度與使用範圍,強調跌落與上升與地心引力之關係,精力運用的鬆弛與緊縮之掌握能力,呼吸與舞句間的緊密關係,動力來源之準確度與力度,同時加強表演詮釋之能力。在教學的過程中,藉由示範教學法(demonstration teaching)、講授教學法(didactic instruction)、觀察法(Observation method)引導學生使學生了解教學上之現象或原理。 藉由教學程序、技巧操作和知識原理講授,輔以各種設備和適當配合,增進教與學的方法。
The course continuously reinforces the fundamental physical abilities required of dancers, including proper torso placement, bodily extension, flexibility, and muscular endurance, while encouraging learners to explore more diverse ways of using the body. The curriculum focuses on the use of body weight in various relaxed movement techniques, increasing joint mobility and range of motion, emphasizing the relationship between falling and rising in connection with gravity, and cultivating mastery of energetic release and contraction. Additionally, it highlights the relationship between breath and phrasing, accuracy and power of movement initiation, and the development of expressive performance skills.
Throughout the teaching process, demonstration teaching, didactic instruction, and observational methods are employed to guide students in understanding principles and phenomena related to dance practice. Through structured teaching procedures, technical application, and theoretical instruction—supported by appropriate equipment and resources—the course aims to enhance the effectiveness of both teaching and learning.
授課內容
培養站姿正確的alignment。加強腿部、腰部、腹部肌肉運用控制之能力。訓練重心移動能力,使舞者完全掌握自身的重心,並準確的移動空間方位。地板動作,訓練手臂及背部肌力,藉由不同翻滾組合動作,訓練上升與降落中,與地板的連結推力。身體重量的放鬆與控制能力,強調呼吸運用,以帶動軀幹與腿部的重量。從不同的流動組合中,培養動作的協調性及空間的流動感。跳躍組合則加強彈性及爆發力。
