課程目標

1.理解中國舞藝術的基本要素:學習掌握中國舞藝術的基本技巧,包括「直、繃、軟、開」等動作要素,以及「力量、柔韌性、穩定性、協調和靈活性」等身體素養。 2.掌握中國舞訓練的技巧:學習如何控制呼吸和身體的各種動作,並瞭解「提、沉、衝、靠、含、腆、移」等呼吸樣態的應用,以及「形、神、勁、律、圓、曲、擰、傾」等外形的體態塑造。 3.融合東西方教學方式:結合東方戲曲與西方舞蹈的教學方式,幫助學生更深入地理解中國舞的表現技巧和舞姿美學,從而提升其舞藝水平和表演能力。 1. Understanding the Fundamental Elements of Chinese Dance Art: Learn and master the basic techniques of Chinese dance, including key movement elements such as straightness, tension, softness, and openness, as well as essential physical qualities like strength, flexibility, stability, coordination, and agility. 2. Mastering Chinese Dance Training Techniques: Develop the ability to control breathing and various body movements while understanding the application of breathing patterns such as lifting, sinking, thrusting, leaning, containing, extending, and shifting, along with the cultivation of external body forms such as shape, spirit, energy, rhythm, roundness, curve, twist, and tilt. 3. Integrating Eastern and Western Teaching Approaches: Combine teaching methods from Eastern opera and Western dance to help students gain a deeper understanding of Chinese dance expression and movement aesthetics, thereby enhancing their technical proficiency and performance ability.

《中國舞技巧教學法》是一門旨在引導學生掌握中國舞藝術的基本技巧和表現方法的課程。透過多元豐富的教學方式,學生將深入瞭解中國舞的獨特魅力,理解動作要領並逐步培養自己的身體基本能力和表演技巧。 “CHINESE FOLK DANCE PEDAGOGY” is a course designed to guide students in mastering the fundamental skills and expressive methods of Chinese dance art. Through diverse and enriching teaching approaches, students will gain a deep understanding of the unique charm of Chinese dance, comprehend the essential principles of movement, and gradually develop their physical foundations and performance techniques.

授課內容

《中國舞技巧教學法》是一門旨在引導學生掌握中國舞藝術的基本技巧和表現方法的課程。透過多元豐富的教學方式,學生將深入瞭解中國舞的獨特魅力,理解動作要領並逐步培養自己的身體基本能力和表演技巧。
“CHINESE FOLK DANCE PEDAGOGY” is a course designed to guide students in mastering the fundamental skills and expressive methods of Chinese dance art. Through diverse and enriching teaching approaches, students will gain a deep understanding of the unique charm of Chinese dance, comprehend the essential principles of movement, and gradually develop their physical foundations and performance techniques.

教學目標:

Course Objectives:

課堂規定(本課程只收輔系和雙主修)
1.缺課3次(含公假、事假,病假) 將以不及格分數計算
2.服裝儀容的部分
  頭髮~女生請盤起;男生髮型不誇張即可。
  服裝~女生穿深色舞衣、粉色褲襪、黑色安全褲;男生穿深色舞衣、深色緊身
       褲;統一穿軟 鞋。
Class Regulations (This course is only open to students pursuing a minor or double major)
1. Attendance
Students who are absent three times (including official leave, personal leave, and sick leave) will receive a failing grade.
2. Dress Code and Appearance
Hair:
Female students must tie their hair up neatly in a bun.
Male students should maintain a simple, non-exaggerated hairstyle.
Attire:
Female students: Dark-colored leotard, pink tights, and black safety shorts.
Male students: Dark-colored leotard and dark-colored fitted pants.
Footwear: All students must wear soft dance shoes.
