課程概述

本課程旨在透過劇本賞析與寫作練習,幫助學生體會戲劇藝術的奧妙。

授課內容

本課程的教學目標有三:
認識劇本的寫作方式、組成要素與情節結構,以理解劇本意義建構的過程。
透過作品賞析,探究個別作品在主題、文本結構及形式風格上的表現樣式。
藉由實際練習劇本創作,從實務中體會創作的心路歷程並發掘自我的潛力。
The teaching objectives of this course are threefold:
Know the writing method, elements and plot structure of the script, so as to understand the process of meaning construction of the script.
Through the appreciation and analysis of works, explore the expression style of individual works in terms of theme, text structure and formal style.
By actually practicing script writing, you can experience the mental journey of creation and discover your own potential from practice.

授課方式

採授課與討論並重方式,並配合讀劇與影片片段的說明。
Both lectures and discussions are adopted, and explanations of drama readings and video clips are provided.

課程需求

要報告

讀(觀)劇心得:
於課堂觀賞影片(【紅色】、【倫敦生活】)後及指定閱讀劇本(【美狄亞】、【哈姆雷特】、【威尼斯商人】、【欲望號街車】、【四川好人】、【輪舞】)討論前,寫作五百字以上的心得報告。
劇本創作:
學期結束前每人需創作一部完整的獨幕劇劇本(如欲創作電影劇本,請與老師面談同意後始可進行),並分階段按時繳交(一)劇本構想、(二)劇本(分場)大綱及 (三)對白劇本(演出長度十五分鐘以上)。
自主學習心得報告:
於學期自主學習週期間,選擇研讀任一希臘悲劇、莎士比亞喜劇劇本,並於指定時間截止前繳交1,000字以上之心得報告。
Midterm assignment:
After viewing the videos ([Red], [Fleabag]) in class and reading the scripts ([Medea], [Hamlet], [The Merchant of Venice], [A Streetcar Named Desire], [The Good Man from Sichuan], [Rondo]) before the discussion, write an report of more than 500 words.
Final script:
Before the end of the semester, each student is required to create a complete one-act play script (if you want to create a movie script, please discuss with the teacher before proceeding), and submit (1) script concept, (2) script breakout in stages Outline and (3) the finished script (the performance should last more than 15 minutes).
其他需求
準時出席上課。
利用課外時間於上課前閱讀指定劇本。
缺席三次無平時成績,缺席六次不予通過。
作業遲交,折半計分。

Attend class on time.
Use extra-curricular time to read the assigned script before class.
There is no usual grade for three absences, and no pass for six absences.
Assignments submitted late will receive half the grade.
