課程概述
建築設計(四)之教學重點主要在於培養學生獨立思考與設計操作,並著重於分析基地周遭環境、空間機能安排與基本結構設計之能力訓練。
授課內容
■ Objective
The main purpose of this class is to train students the architecture and environmental design of single building. Class contents include architecture planning, site planning, structure system, space design, building form and etc. During the class workshop, it tries to educate the students’ ability of finding problem, solving problem, and applying into the design.
■ Contents
Class program is six hours a week, the first three hours is basic training by full-time teachers, the second three hours is a design studio by full-time and part-time teachers.
1.Based the course of first grade, student should coordinate the knowledge of every classes to apply in design.
2 The ability of architecture programming is an important issue for our training.
3.The skill of presentation is also a key point of design studio, which simulates designer (student) and client (teacher) relationship in design studio.
建築及都市設計課程之目的在於訓練學生瞭解建築計畫、基地環境規劃、單棟建築構造、建築空間尺度、建築環境之體認、建築空間造型等內容,並發掘設計問題、解決問題、及研擬適宜的設計方案。
授課方式
本學期之設計將分成兩個階段。第一階段中,目主要是藉由暑假作業的延續訓練學生熟悉建築設計的基本概念及操作程序,第二階段乃利用小住宅設計訓練學生思考住宅空間之使用模式,並以訪談或調查假設居住對象之結果整合空間,此階段亦鼓勵學生思考環境與建築之互動關係。
The design of this semester will be divided into two phases. In the first phase, the main purpose is to train students to familiarize themselves with the basic concepts and operational procedures of architectural design through the continuation of summer homework. The second phase is to use small residential design to train students to think about the use pattern of residential space and to live by interview or survey hypothesis. The result of the object integration space, this stage also encourages students to think about the interaction between environment and architecture.

本設計操作重點包括:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- 檢視現況:學生首應檢視C484建物 (詳次頁平面圖或點擊下載)、所屬街廓及周邊環境使用現況 (詳圖1與圖2),指出可能存在的建築與環境問題;
- 改建設計:學生在充分檢視現況後,僅允許將C484建物之一部份拆除,於原建築基地範圍內改造,而不增高或擴大面積;
- 使用項目:學生可參考「特定住宅區(一)」(建蔽率40%、容積率60%) 所允許新增之各組使用,包括:寄宿住宅、人民團體、飲食業、餐飲業、自由職業事務所,與一般旅館業 (臺北市政府,2008),賦予C484建物新的空間機能;
- 社區生態:該美軍宿舍群不只保留建築,同時也保留許多大樹,構成豐富的社區生態;大樹圍繞綠色空間,成為美軍宿舍群的特色,也成為重要的生態資產;
- 專業表現:學生應學習從建築設計師的角度,透過完整的圖面與模型表達,闡述自己的設計理念。

本設計要求學生平時上課遵守前述規定,呈現完整的習過程 (透過草模與圖 )。
點圖分數 (設計召集人評分 / 占 20%)
本設計點圖內容為 (滿分 100 分):概念圖說 (10 分)、透視圖 (5 分)、基地配置圖 (10 分)、各層平面圖 (20 分)、各向立面圖 (20 分)、長短剖面圖 (20 分)、構造細部圖 (5分); 數個草模照片 (10分)。
評圖分數 (評圖老師分 / 占 50%):
本設計評圖重點包括:圖面模型完整度 (50%) 、評圖表達能力 (20%)、空間機能安排 (20%) 、整體設計創意 (10%)。
額外加分 (協同指導老師加分 / 最多 10 分)
限評圖分數排序前半段同學,將評圖用圖面與模型 ,與指導老師討論改善後,掃描與拍照製作成PDF檔,上傳指定雲端 ,提供外評老師 加分。
Daily scores (instructor’s score / accounting for 30%)
This design requires students to abide by the above regulations in class and present a complete learning process (through rough models and pictures).
Dot plot score (design convener’s score / 20%)
The content of this design point drawing is (full score of 100 points): concept illustration (10 points), perspective drawing (5 points), base configuration diagram (10 points), floor plans of each floor (20 points), and elevations of each direction (20 points ), long and short cross-sections (20 points), structural details (5 points); several photos of rough models (10 points).
Picture evaluation score (picture evaluation teacher’s score / accounting for 50%):
The key points of this design evaluation include: completeness of the drawing model (50%), expression ability of the evaluation (20%), spatial functional arrangement (20%), and overall design creativity (10%).
Extra points (bonus points for co-instructor / up to 10 points)
Students in the first half of the ranking of the limited evaluation drawings will use the drawings and models for the evaluation drawings. After discussing improvements with the instructor, they will scan and take photos to create a PDF file, upload it to the designated cloud, and provide extra points to the external evaluation teacher.

本設計之圖面,要求學生全部手繪,完整呈現建築設計與圖學表現之技能 (評分依據),說明如下:
- 建築設計:包括案例分析圖、基地環境分析圖、設計概念圖、兩點透視圖、基地配置圖,以及建築設計平面圖 (比例1:50)、立面圖 (比例1:50)、剖面圖 (比例1:50)、細部設計圖 (比例1:10);
- 圖學表現:包括手繪技巧、圖面排版、工程字體、輕重線表達、屋頂繪製、牆體繪製、構造與材料表達、傢俱配置,以及車輛、人物、植栽、鋪面與背景等空間元素等;
- 版面規定:A0或A1版面圖紙數張,第一張版面必須註明設計題目、學期、學系、學號,以及學生與指導老師姓名;各版面的每張圖必須有圖名,以及需要搭配的圖例、指北,與比例尺等。

本設計之模型,要求學生全部手作,完整呈現製作草模型、建築模型、基地模型,與環境模型之技能,說明如下:
- 草模型:每位學生必須製作數個草模型,附著於基地,必須能充分說明各階段設計進展;
- 建築模型:每位學生必須製作建築模型 (比例1:50),且能搭配圖面,充分呈現其構造細部與空間尺度 (包括車輛、人物與植栽等);
- 基地模型:每位學生必須製作一個基地模型 (比例1:50),且能搭配建築模型,充分呈現基地的地貌,以及基地上的車輛、人物、植栽,與鋪面等;
- 環境模型:每位學生必須製作一個環境模型,涵蓋基地、建築、道路、植栽等。

本設計之評分依據,包括平時與評圖表現,說明如下:
- 平時表現:檢視學生是否遵守前述規定 (詳設計說明、圖面要求、模型要求),呈現完整的學習過程 (透過草模與草圖) 以及專業的設計作品;
- 評圖表現:檢視學生是否遵守前述規定 (詳設計說明、圖面要求、模型要求),(1)呈現專業的設計作品,(2)以及專業的學習態度,例如:學生應服裝整齊、自備圖釘與紙筆,以及佈置分組評圖場地等。

Drawing requirements (hand-drawn)

The drawings of this design require students to draw them all by hand, fully presenting the skills of architectural design and graphic expression (scoring basis). The instructions are as follows:
- Architectural design: including case analysis drawings, base environment analysis drawings, design concept drawings, two-point perspective drawings, base configuration drawings, as well as architectural design plans (scale 1:50), elevations (scale 1:50), and section drawings (scale 1:50), detailed design drawing (scale 1:10);
- Graphical expression: including hand-drawing skills, graphic layout, engineering fonts, light and heavy line expression, roof drawing, wall drawing, structure and material expression, furniture configuration, as well as spatial elements such as vehicles, characters, planting, paving and background, etc. ;
- Layout regulations: Several drawings in A0 or A1 layout. The first layout must indicate the design title, semester, department, student number, and the name of the student and instructor; each picture in each layout must have a title and the required Matching legend, north direction, scale bar, etc.

Model requirements (hand-made)

The model of this design requires students to do it all by hand, fully demonstrating the skills of making grass models, architectural models, base models, and environmental models. The instructions are as follows:
- Grass model: Each student must make several grass models, attached to the base, which must be able to fully illustrate the design progress at each stage;
- Architectural model: Each student must make an architectural model (scale 1:50), and be able to match the drawings to fully present its structural details and spatial scale (including vehicles, people, plants, etc.);
- Base model: Each student must make a base model (scale 1:50), which can be matched with an architectural model to fully represent the landforms of the base, as well as the vehicles, people, plants, and pavements on the base;
- Environmental model: Each student must make an environmental model, covering bases, buildings, roads, plantings, etc.

The basis for scoring this design, including daily performance and drawing evaluation, is explained as follows:
- Daily performance: Check whether students comply with the above regulations (detailed design instructions, drawing requirements, model requirements), present a complete learning process (through rough models and sketches) and professional design works;
- Drawing evaluation performance: Check whether students comply with the aforementioned regulations (detailed design instructions, drawing requirements, model requirements), (1) present professional design works, (2) and professional learning attitudes, for example: students should be neatly dressed and behave in a self-motivated manner. Prepare thumbtacks, paper and pen, and arrange the venue for group evaluation.
