課程目標

1.認識運動與體適能與健康的關係(the relationship of exercise, body fitness, and health)2.瞭解心肺適能訓練理論與方法 (understanding the methodology of cardiopulmonary fitness training) 3.瞭解肌力與肌耐力訓練理論與方法(understanding the methodology of muscle strength and durability training) 4.瞭解柔軟度增進之訓練理論與方法(understanding the methodology of body flexibility training) 5.瞭解身體組成構造與減重的科學方法(understanding body composition and weight loss training)

課程概述

本課程主要目的在於提供健康體能訓練理論和實作的科學基本知識,其涵蓋內容相當廣泛,主要提供增強心肺功能之有氧訓練、增強肌力及肌耐力之訓練與促進柔軟度之訓練等理論,讓學生瞭解運動、體適能與健康相互密切的關係,進而能自我健康管理,並且將此專業知識及技術能力應用在體育教學或健康體能促進指導工作,做為重要的專業技術培養發展。The main purpose of this course was designed to provide the academic knowledge and practical experience of health fitness training, which included the topics of aerobic exercise training for cardiopulmonary function, muscle strength and durability training, and body flexibility training. This course focuses on the interaction between exercise, body fitness, and health, following the development of self-health management, health fitness training, and health exercise teaching skills.

授課內容

課程內容涵蓋: 運動對於一般健康的益處,運動適應性原則,有氧與無氧之訓練理論,長期有氧運動訓練的適應性,身體組成的結構與對於健康適能改變的重要性,肌力訓練基礎理論,肌力與肌耐力的訓練,柔軟度維持與促進,減重運動的理論與實務設計
Course contents: health benefits with exercise, adaptive principle of exercise, aerobic and non-aerobic exercise training concept, adapting long-term aerobic exercise training, body composition and health fitness improvement, methodology of muscle strength and durability training, methodology of body flexibility training, weight loss program design.
