課程概述

韓非子是集先秦法家法、勢、術三派之大成者，其著作《韓非子》一書，更是亂世中的曠世鉅作。韓非子站在國家統治者的立場，指出領導者如何利用法、勢、術、賞、罰等謀略，來領導及管理其臣民。書中除了學理的闡述外，還添加許多真實的歷史事件、社會故事來與學理相印證。著名的如：三人成虎、濫竽充數、郢書燕說、自相矛盾、曾子殺彘、狗吠楊布、畫鬼最易、不死之藥……，都是膾炙人口、流傳兩千多年的經典故事。所以，《韓非子》一書被現代學者尊崇為「君王經國策」、「帝王學」。 　　若將韓非子的思想轉化成「現代管理學」，與各類工商業經營管理、制度管理、人性管理、人才管理等相結合，探討現代人如何運用韓非子的智慧與謀略來處理複雜的「人際關係」，領導者如何管理及帶領下屬，以完成各項重大任務，則有「古學今用」的重大意義。 　Han Feizi was the most important figure in Pre-Qin Legalism. His book "Han Feizi" is a masterpiece in troubled times. Han Feizi stood in the position of the king and pointed out how leaders use: law, power, strategy, rewards, and punishments to lead and manage their ministers. In addition to theoretical discussions, the book also adds many real historical events to corroborate the academic theories. Therefore, the book "Han Feizi" is respected by modern scholars as "Kings' Classics and National Policies" and "Emperor Studies". 　How to transform Han Feizi's thoughts into "modern management".Integrate it with various types of industrial and commercial operation management, system management, human nature management, talent management, etc. Explore how modern people use Han Feizi's wisdom to deal with complex interpersonal relationships, and how leaders manage and lead their subordinates to complete various major tasks. In this way, Han Feizi's thoughts were successfully transformed into "modern management".

Han Fei is a great thinker of the Pre-Qin times.His book "Han Feizi" is a great masterpiece of masterpieces. He taught the king how to lead his courtiers. How could the king use rewards and punishments to govern subordinates? How could the king use the law, power, and strategy to lead his courtiers? He used many interesting stories to match the strategy. We can learn a lot of leadership strategy from this book. These leadership strategies can be used in modern interpersonal relationships, politics, and business .... This is a book worthy of studying and discussion.
