使同學瞭解如何透過防衛動員的體制,整合軍民資源與功能,並充分運用全民資源,達成國家平戰結合的目標,從中培養同學愛國意識及全民國防的理念。 In order to enhance the sense of defense mobilization system ,the integration of military and civilian resources and functions, and make full use of national resources, to achieve the national goal of peacetime and wartime, which train students sense of patriotism and the concept of national defense.

課程概述

中文科目名稱:全民國防教育軍事訓練–防衛動員 英文譯名:All-out Defense Education Military Training-Defense Mobilization 一、全民國防教育篇:主要在探討全民防衛動員的意義與功能,以及其組織架構與災害防救,並說明全民防衛動員對國家安全的重要性。 The National Defense Education articles: national defense mobilization mainly discussing the meaning and function, as well as its organizational structure and Disaster Prevention and Relief, and explain the importance of national defense mobilization of national security. 二、軍事訓練篇:主要在介紹災害防救.模擬演練,以及戰場急救.中暑防治與心肺復甦術等課程,藉以學習操作技能;另介紹青年服勤動員內涵,讓學生體會自己在全民防衛動員體系中扮演的角色。 The military training articles: Introducing Disaster Prevention and Relief major simulation exercises, and battlefield first aid and CPR heatstroke prevention courses, in order to learn skills; the other describes the mobilization of young black coat meaning, enable students to appreciate their own national defense mobilization. the system's role.

授課內容

本課程內容涵蓋「防衛動員」與「軍事訓練課程」。防衛動員以國家安全為主軸;軍事訓練課程則著重軍人基本儀態訓練,使學生將來服役入伍實施軍事訓練課程時,較易接受軍中團隊之訓練要求。另為配合國家募兵政策要求與學生授課之所需,使軍事訓練課程在大專院校為學生接受,課程內容安排儘量佐以生活化、活潑化,並連結學生之日常生活學習經驗為主。

The course covers "National Defense Policy" and "Military Training Curriculum." National Defense Policy focuses on national security, while the Military Training Curriculum emphasizes basic military discipline training for students who will serve in the military and undergo military training in the future. This aims to help them better meet the training requirements of the military team. In order to align with the national conscription policy requirements and meet the teaching needs of students, the Military Training Curriculum is designed to be accessible to college students. The course content is arranged to be as practical and lively as possible, incorporating students' everyday life and learning experiences.

授課方式

1.課程設計說明:第一次上課時先解說本課程的教學理念及授課方式,並告知期中報告題目,以利後續同學提報之用。
1.Course Design Explanation: In the first class, the teaching philosophy and methodology of this course will be introduced, and the midterm report topics will be announced to facilitate the submission by students later on.

2.本課程之設計理念,為授課時先以案例或時事新聞引領學生進入章節主題;授課內容佐以相關時事、小故事或歷史事件等融入課程,以強化知識性、生活學習,並讓同學透過討論方式,以更深入主題,期能讓學生掌握課程重點。
2.The design philosophy of this course is to start each class by using case studies or current events to lead students into the main topics of the chapters. The course content incorporates relevant current events, anecdotes, or historical events to enhance knowledge and real-life learning. Through discussions, students can delve deeper into the topics and grasp the key points of the course.

3.授課時運用power point簡報、影音多媒體講述課程,搭配時事補充資料等說明每章節內容重點或透過各項作品(如書籍、畫作、影片、遊戲、網路等)的介紹,增添教學豐富與趣味性,並適時讓學生參與討論、意見表達,培養同學的參與感及師生互動。
3.During the lectures, PowerPoint presentations and multimedia materials will be used to explain the key points of each chapter. Supplementary materials such as current events will be provided to enrich the teaching process. Introductions of various works, such as books, artworks, videos, games, and websites, will be incorporated to add richness and interest to the teaching. Students will also be encouraged to participate in discussions and express their opinions, fostering their sense of involvement and interaction with the instructor.

4.「軍事訓練課程」中,以軍人禮節及基本教練為主題,並透過分組競賽的方式,讓學生在過程中複習高中的基本教練課程,並增加參與感,另為學生未來進入軍中之軍事訓練預作準備。
4.In the "Military Training Curriculum," the focus will be on military etiquette and basic training. Through group competitions, students will review the basic training curriculum from high school, increasing their sense of participation. This will also prepare students for future military training if they enter the military.

5. 另為增加每位學生皆有參與課程的機會,上課安排5~10位學生一組,一位同學報告時間5分鐘,分組針對「國際情勢」及「國防事務」等主題實施報告,期使學生能培養全民國防的基本素養及能有更深入的瞭解與認知。
5.To ensure that each student has the opportunity to participate in the course, the class will be organized into groups of 5 to 10 students. Each student will have 5 minutes for their presentation, and the group will deliver reports on topics such as "International Situations" and "Defense Affairs." This aims to cultivate students' basic awareness of national defense and provide them with a deeper understanding and cognition.

6.排定作業題目設計如下:
(1)軍事主題作業:針對世界局勢或與全民國防相關的電影等,實施資料收集及心得報告,期使學生能感受到國家安全的重要性,進而支持全民國防教育,關心國防事務。
(2)國防文物探訪:藉由親身探訪國防文物與軍事遺址、設施,實施參訪心得報告,期能提升學生對國防事務的重視與對國家安全的支持。
6.The assignment topics are designed as follows:
(1) Military-themed Assignment: Students will collect information and provide reflections on world situations or movies related to national defense. The goal is to help students understand the importance of national security and support national defense education, fostering their concern for defense affairs.
(2) Visit to Defense Artifacts: Through firsthand visits to defense artifacts, military sites, and facilities, students will provide reports on their experiences. This assignment aims to enhance students' awareness of defense affairs and their support for national security.

課程需求

要報告

針對「全民國防」課程實施報告,依分組每組學生約20分鐘,期使學生對全民國防能有更深入的認知與瞭解,讓每位學生皆有參與的機會。報告題目設計如下:
探討世界各國國防軍事武裝力量及因應不同國情局勢、民情風俗所採取的全民國防政策、兵役制度,同時依區域分別劃分為亞洲地區:日本、以色列、中國、南韓,歐洲地區:瑞典、法國、義大利、英國,美洲地區:美國、俄羅斯、烏克蘭、印度等,共區分12組,每週3組以4週實施分組報告。

For the implementation report of the "National National Defense" course, each group of students is divided into groups for about 20 minutes, in order to enable students to have a deeper understanding and understanding of national defense, so that every student has the opportunity to participate. The title of the report is designed as follows:
Discuss the defense, military and armed forces of various countries in the world and the national defense policies and military service systems adopted in response to different national conditions and customs. At the same time, it is divided into Asian regions: Japan, Israel, China, South Korea, and European regions: Sweden, France, and Italy. Liberia, the United Kingdom, the Americas: the United States, Russia, Ukraine, India, etc., a total of 12 groups, 3 groups per week for 4 weeks to implement group reports.
