課程目標
幫助學生熟悉有關觀光事業的語言及技巧，包括觀光事業方面的專業詞彙及讓學生熱悉使用網路上的材料設計去德國或台灣的觀光行程。
課程概述
This course will be conducted in close correspondence with „Tourism German (Language Orientation)“. The four subject areas are (1) the travel agency, (2) the airport/railway station/bus station, (3) the hotel, and (4) economic and legal paperwork. As opposed to “Language orientation”, relevant vocabulary and expressions will be applied to more complex situations such as role games and problem solving games in all of these areas. Moreover, the course will invite professionals to lecture in some of the classes, and we will undertake three excursions to the respective sites of language skill application (travel agent, airport, hotel).
授課內容
本課程主要教授旅遊時會用到的德語溝通，例如機場廣播、飯店會話、餐飲會話等等。配合中程計劃邀請業師 入班教授觀光旅行業實務方面，如帶團、旅遊行程、機上服務等。 另外，輔導同學考取外語導遊或外語領隊證照。 業師授課週次因業師帶團/排班工作時間將彈性調整
