課程目標

1.經由和平文化經營理論課程，培育具有國際經營視野。 2.經由高階領導者管理思維、企業倫理課程、企業勞資倫理，培育具有國際企業卓越管理能力、倫理道德素養、團隊合作、卓越領導能力以及教學能力。 3.經由分組企業訪問調查、整合理論與實務研究成果之期末報告與討論，培育具有卓越研究能力。 4.經由高階領導者管理思維以及和平文化經營理論，企業對員工、消費者等倫理義務課程，使專業性知識與教養性智慧教育並重，培育具有國際和平共生精神、倫理道德素養。

課程概述

隨著全球化企業的發展，企業雖擁有國際企業經營資源(資金、原料、人才、技術、市場等)，但經營成功更重要的因素在於領導者的經營理念，以及企業倫理影響著企業經營管理制度、福利制度和員工士氣。而企業倫理、產業道德將是擴大國際市場之重要因素、多國籍企業經營成功之重要因素，是培育國際企業管理人才重要課程。 The importance of this course: Accompany with the globalization of business, though MNEs posse cross-national resources (capital, materials, human resources, skills, markets, etc.), key factors to success still based on leader’s operational philosophy, and on their ethical attitudes. And which, affect not only on operating and welfare systems of a business, but also on employee’s vitality. Since the ethical and moral issues have become major factors to the success of MNEs, such topics would also become important course to train today’s cross-national mangers.

授課內容

        隨著企業全球化發展，企業雖擁有國際企業經營資源(資金、原料、人才、技術、市場等)，但經營成功更重要的因素在於領導者的經營理念，以及企業倫理影響著企業經營管理制度、福利制度和員工士氣。而企業倫理、產業道德將是擴大國際市場之重要因素、多國籍企業經營成功之重要因素，是培育國際企業管理人才重要課程。

授課方式

一、專業性知識教育與教養性智慧教育並重。
二、學生必須課前預習，課堂上討論加強理解能力，課後複習提高學習成果。（平時成績）
三、課程實施期間將邀請約十位各國內、國際大企業高階主管進行專題演講，並請講者預留20分鐘供同學請益與討論。演講前一週，同學們必須自動上網瞭解演講者公司概況，以便課堂上討論。

其他需求

本課程配合本校因應「新型冠狀病毒肺炎」防疫措施實施雲端學習。
作業要點對象：選習本課程學生如遇有因「新型冠狀病毒肺炎」 疫情影響，需就醫、居家檢疫、隔離或延遲來台就學者，採取雲端學習方式協助學生修讀本課程。
使用平台：上傳相關課程資料至課業輔導系統平台。線上完成學習活動。
課程規劃：課程於教學大綱授課為18週。並於線上繳交作業及測驗。
課後輔導：於課後輔導時間進行師生互動討論並適時回應學生問題。
