課程目標

本課程本要是關於實務應用課程，於大一、大二理論課程基礎下，按照課程深淺程度進行安排，以便同學能瞭解實務應用的過程。透過實務操作相關課程，有助於同學就業發展及自身優劣勢分析，確定同學就業之區域，具體訂定本系學生所應具備之核心專業能力及職場所需能力所規劃之課程。

課程概述

不動產估價產業顧名思義就是對不動產價值進行評估，過去不動產估價師服務對象主要以法人、政府機關及法院機構為主，除了提供簽證報告書外也提供不動產的諮詢服務，近年隨著政府落實推動居住正義與土地正義，估價師與一般民眾關聯性也愈來愈高。 目前中華民國不動產估價師公會全國聯合會已發布技術公報共計十六號及作業通則共計十二號，本課程透過技術公報及作業通則設計「不動產估價技術分析」課程，結合已修習完成之理論基礎課程，使同學能培養估價技術與理論銜接之能力。學生就不動產估價理論興技術具備初步銜接能力後，另搭配設計「不動產估價個案研究」課程，以驗證理論及估價技術之實際應用。
