課程概述

本學期著重於整合各種設計技術原理，將同學們從大一至大四所學之都市環境規劃與設計技術，選定一特定地區，作綜合性之概念及技術整合，著重以學術研究觀點，探討都市環境規劃與設計之實質內涵。修完本課後，同學們應有更廣泛的都市環境規劃與設計理論基礎，而且能應用所授的實務方法在各種規劃與設計領域。同學分組選定研究主題與或地區，老師講解相關法令政策，同學課前蒐集資料，做規劃與問題解決報告，並針對分組主題或老師指定重要議題，以及實習所遇到的問題、心得，於課堂相互討論。參與相關研究計畫。參觀政府機關或民間企業。 1、使同學瞭解與實際操作田野調查研究； 2、使同學瞭解台北市行政環境問題，並能提供適當的解決方法； 3、瞭解升學與就業相關情報。 4、結合理論與實務。 The objectives of this course: 1.Practicing the methods of field study. 2.Understanding the problems of Taipei city. 3.Linking the gap between theory and practice.透過工作計畫之擬定及選定地區為對象，親自操作之實習方式，並由同學報告、討論，老師教授相關法令及技巧，使學生瞭解區域計畫之規劃方法及工作流程，充實其未來就業之實務基礎 Through drafting of working plan choosing of planning area and actual exercise type of training program, the students get to report and discuss, the instructor teach regional planning laws and techniques. This type of trying enables students to realze the rules, methods and working posses of regional planning and enrich them with practical basis laws future careers. 環境規劃與設計之實務操作，為本系四年級學生學習過程非常重要之一環，本課程之目標。係希望透過計畫之擬定及選定地區由學生，親自操作老師從旁解惑指導之師徒制實習方式，並由同學依進度報告、討論，老師教授相關法令及技巧，使學生瞭解都市計畫之規劃方法及工作流程，訓練其分析、尋找問題解決問題及邏輯思考能力，充實其未來就業之實務基礎。課程內容包含工作計畫書製作、團隊組織分工、調查計畫之研擬、基本資料之蒐集、現況調查、發展趨勢預測、規劃課題目標、構想、策略、發展計畫評估等。 Through drafting of working plan choosing of planning area and actual exercise type of training program, the students get to report and discuss, the instructor teach urban planning laws and techniques. This type of trying enables students to realze the rules, methods and working posses of regional planning and enrich them with practical basis laws future careers.強化都市環境規劃設計觀念，瞭解實例演練的過程。1.環境規劃設計內容討論與應用。2.個案實際操作演練。3.講習課程內容包括都市規劃設計之研討。 To strengthen the concepts of planning and design of urban environment and to understand the processes of the practical operation.1.the discussion and application of environmental planning and design.2. the case study.3.to discuss the issues of urban environment.這課程的主要目的是經由學生實際習作方式、以團隊方式共同來討論如何習做、收集資料、調查、分析、提出規劃課程、討論並研擬規劃構想，最後是擬計畫。學生習作之題目，主要是以大地區或行政上的區、市、鄉鎮。在習作的過程中，每星期的進度都要於課堂上做報告與討論，經由每星期之進度，不斷的報告、討論與修正最後才完成的報告。相信學生經由這樣訓練後，應有做規劃的能力。 This course is designed that students through actual exercise type of training program, the students gather to discussion, collect the data, survey, plan the urban planning, write the report…etc. Hope through these training process, students can plan the urban planning.這課程是學生經由實際操作實習方式，以團隊方式共同來討論、收集資料、調查、分析和作規劃和報告。希望學生經由這訓練之後都能做規劃和報告。 This course is designed that students through actual exercise type of training program, the students gather to discussion, collect the data, survey, plan the urban planning, write the report…etc. Hope through these training process, students can plan the urban planning.

授課內容

上學期，老師們將教導各位從零開始：先了解何謂都市計畫事業，並講解都市計畫開發事業相關的法規，並講解實務上都市計畫開發的工具有哪些，並以實務案例分享搭配同學簡報探索熟悉相關應用，後續進階再學習分析拿到一塊土地之後，如何查詢並建立基本的開發相關數據及計算；其次，在知道基本的土地價值之後，如何透過各種容積獎勵工具替這塊土地加值。如何在最短時間之內，知道該土地的「限制條件」及「加值條件」，並且設定出該土地「未來的產品方向」，就是土地開發人員能力優劣的判定依據。

上學期齊備分析能力之後，下學期就開始進行培訓各位可以分析市場現況以及設定未來推案產品的方向。此外，未來各位無論在甚麼行業或生活中，一定會接觸到「合約」這項非常重要的文件，因此老師們也希望透過導讀，帶領各位能夠對於合約內容有初步的認識，除了儘早了解自身涉及的法律權利與義務外，也能在面對相關事務時有獨立判讀的能力。
