課程概述

敘述人類與自然環境為一規則體系，因人類挾其高度科技文明，濫肆破壞自然循環平衡，導致出現環境危機，如何透過環境保育與管理達到三目的： (一)給人類一個健康、尊嚴的自然環境。 (二)保護土地、空氣、水、動植物，防止人類因干涉行為，導致不良後果。 (三)消除因人類干涉而引起之傷害與害處。 Humanity and the natural environment constitute a regulated system. However, due to humanity wielding its advanced technological civilization, the natural cycle balance has been severely destroyed, leading to a global environmental crisis. The aim of utilizing environmental conservation and management is to achieve three objectives: 1. To provide humanity with a healthy and dignified natural environment. 2. To protect land, air, water, flora, and fauna, preventing adverse consequences caused by human interference. 3. To eliminate the damage and harm resulting from human interference.
