課程概述

本課程以地球系統為觀點，探討地球環境的變遷。內容包括大家耳熟能響的全球暖化、臭氧洞、酸雨、聖嬰現象、海水面升降、洪水、乾旱、能源危機、土地退化、土地開發與地表變遷等議題；此外，亦將探討地球環境變遷對人類活動、昆蟲、植物多樣性及經濟產業產生的衝擊。最後將探討面臨全球變遷的挑戰，台灣的回應，及政策、法規如何調整,，以確保永續經營與發展。This course is based on the earth system’s point of view. The main focus is to study the global environmental changes. The content of this course includes topics such as: global warming, ozone depletion, acid rain, El-Nino effect, sea level changes, flood and drought, energy crisis, land degradation, land development and surface changes. Subjects such as global environmental changes on human activities, insects, plant bio-diversity and industry economic impacts will be discussed. Eventually, Taiwan government reactions, policy and regulation mitigations to combat the challenge of global changes will be explored in order to achieve future sustainable management and development.
