本課程之目標在於強化學生之品德與倫理教育，以培育學生職場倫理涵養。 The goal of this course is to strengthen students' moral and ethical education, so as to cultivate students' ethical cultivation in the workplace.

課程概述
本課程將邀請專家學者進行職場倫理之專題演講，並輔以導師之學習輔導，生活輔導，生涯輔導等，藉此提升學生之永續環境倫理責任感與溝通協調之能力，並訓練學生具有團隊合作精神及宏觀之視野。 This course will invite experts and scholars to give special lectures on workplace ethics, and will be supplemented by tutors' learning guidance, life guidance, and career guidance, in order to enhance students' sense of responsibility for sustainable environmental ethics and their communication and coordination skills, as well as train students to have teamwork spirit and a macro perspective.
授課內容
本課程的主要目標是要引導同學了解並實踐農企業倫理。課程設計運用國內外社會生活中的實際案例和倫理議題，進行評析與典範學習、期藉由個案探討與綜合討論，讓同學能體現農企業道德倫理，並實踐及其應用於未來生活與職涯當中。
The goal of this course is to let students learn and practice business ethics in agriculture. Domestic and/or foreign cases and ethical issues will be discussed and learned. It is hoped that through case studies and group discussions, students can learn and practice bussiness ethics, and apply the knowledge and thought in their future living and professional careers.
