課程概述
討論不動產基本架構及有關土地基本資料分析.法規分析.環境分析.產品定位.財務分析,並著重於財務分析中投資指標。
授課內容
本課程從房地產特性, 不動產類型, 不動產資訊, 售屋廣告陷井,房價分析, 房屋座向與格局等相關議題, 讓初接觸本專業學生能掌握不動產的基本概念與實務應用.
