課程概述
如何利用森林資源抽取精油、造紙、藥草、插花、染料、製蚊香、生產愛玉等。
How to use forest resources to extract essential oils, make paper, medicinal herbs, flower arrangements, dyes, make mosquito coils, produce love jade, etc.
授課內容
任何一處或大或小的森林區，都可視為一個森林生態系統，系統內除了生產木材的林木外，其餘的植物資源都可視同「非木質林產物」。從古到今，非木質林產物都是人民生存與社會發展不可或缺的資源，非木質林產物又稱為「森林特產物」或「森林副產物」，種類甚多，用途也頗廣，可歸類為：食物類、草藥類、工藝類、裝飾類等，創造了多種新興產業而增加了經濟收益。臺灣的森林面積占全島一半有餘，從低到高海拔，橫跨不同氣候帶的森林生態系統，蘊含著多樣又豐富的非木質林產物，本課程介紹森林資源中木材等主產物外之各種副產物種類及利用方式。如：愛玉植物之瘦果可製成食用愛玉、構樹韌皮部纖維製成宣紙、龍柏枝葉萃取香氛、台灣肖楠粉末製成線香、黃梔色素染色、梅樹果實進行醃製及泡酒、楊梅果實製成蜜餞、青楓樹葉進行拓印、松樹毬果可製成蠟燭、土肉桂葉片萃取純露等。
Any forest area, large or small, can be regarded as a forest ecosystem, and the plant resources in the system can be regarded as "non-timber forest products" except for the timber producing trees. From ancient times to the present, non-timber forest products are indispensable resources for people's survival and social development, non-timber forest products are also known as "forest products" or "forest by-products", there are many types, and the uses are quite wide, which can be classified as: food, herbs, crafts, decorations, etc., creating a variety of emerging industries and increasing economic benefits. Taiwan's forest area accounts for more than half of the island, from low to high altitude, across different climatic zones of the forest ecosystem, contains a variety of rich non-wood forest products, this course introduces the forest resources in addition to the main products such as wood and other by-product types and utilization methods.For example, the achenes of the Aiyu plant can be made into edible Aiyu, the phloem fiber of the tree can be made into rice paper, the fragrance of dragon cypress branches and leaves, the incense stick made from Taiwan Xiao Nan powder, the pigment dyeing of gardenia, the plum fruit pickled and soaked in wine, the bayberry fruit made into candied fruit, the green maple leaves for rubbing, the pine fruit can be made into candles, and the soil cinnamon leaf extract hydrosol and so on.

| 2026/11/16 | 黃梔染-染布及粉粿指定研讀資料黃梔子500g，10公升水煮1-2小時，得之染液煮白色布或衣件，再以醋液定色。 |
| 2026/11/30 | 線香製作指定研讀資料準備工具(份量約 3 寸線香 25 支)
香粉 4 g ：線香的主體。
黏粉 1 g ：黏合香粉的材料，一般以楠木樹皮粉較常見。
水 7.5 g ：粉水比大約為 1 : 1.5。
滴管 1 支 ：取水用具。
小碗 1 個 ：混合香粉、黏粉、水的容器。
電子秤 (0.1g) ：不要誤差太大即可；若一次做50g，一般磅秤也無不可。
攪拌棒 1 支 ：這個不一定要有。
擠香器 ：不一定要專用的擠香器，也可以去藥局買 10 ml 的針筒代用。
瓦愣紙板 ：裁成約 8 cm 長，有 25 個溝槽即可。
蒸架 1 個 ：電鍋的蒸架，鐵條間隔約 1 cm 、不要高低不平就好。

將2-3年生構樹枝條之樹皮以冰醋酸4：雙氧水1：水5 之溶液浸泡並置60℃恆溫箱中一星期，取出清洗出韌皮部纖維，用果汁機稍行打碎，再以150目絹網在含有纖維容器中。濾出纖維、去水、烘乾得手抄紙。 |
