藉由各種都市計畫、區域計畫、土地使用管制、容積移轉、都市更新等不同類型法規的探討，建立學生的法規基礎。

課程概述
本課程旨在介紹與開發管制相關的基本法律概念。課程內容涵蓋都市計畫、土地使用分區（Zoning）、建築容積移轉（T.D.R.）、以及都市更新與再生等議題。透過本課程，學生將建立對規範建成環境與推動永續都市發展之法律架構的基本認識。
This course introduces students to the fundamental legal concepts related to development regulations. Topics include urban planning, zoning laws, Transfer of Development Rights (T.D.R.), and strategies for urban renewal and regeneration. Through this course, students will gain a foundational understanding of the legal frameworks that shape the built environment and guide sustainable urban development.
授課內容
本課程旨在使學生瞭解我國國土與都市發展相關之法律制度，掌握都市計畫與國土計畫之基本原則、程序與實施工具，進而具備實務操作與法規判讀能力，以因應未來專業工作與考照需求。

課程將採取講授、法規條文解析、案例討論與模擬演練並重的教學方式，
