課程目標
本課程目的在於讓修習課程的學生能對我國民法的規範有初步認識，以期將來在面對民事法律問題時，能瞭解自己依民法究竟有何權利及義務及如何自己保障權益。

課程概述
本課程期以讓參與課程的同學，可以一方面從宏觀的角度，對於我國民法體系，以及建構民法的幾個重要概念，例如請求權基礎的思考、債權及物權行為的區分，並就民法債編、物權及親屬繼承等重要法律問題加以講述，使修課同學能對民法有基本的認識。

民法概要:主要包含總則、債編總論(部分)、物權等各編概念
授課方式
課程內容講授，並輔以問題導引及解答。
除教科書外，並隨時輔以日常生活會遇到之民事法律問題為例說明

課程需求
要考試
期中考試及期末考試，通常40題選擇題(四選一)，每題2.5分，總分100分。
