課程目標

1.延續建築設計(二)之內容,並深化關於空間形式的發展訓練。2.培養學生基地分析與建築計畫的能力。3.著重圖面與口頭簡報的訓練。 1.Continuing from the content of Architectural Design (II), this course further develops training in spatial form development. 2.It aims to cultivate students’ abilities in site analysis and architectural programming. 3.Emphasis is placed on training in both graphic representation and oral presentation skills.

課程概述

建築設計(三)之教學內容主要在於訓練學生瞭解建築計畫、基地環境規劃、單棟建築構造、建築空間尺度、建築環境之體認、建築空間造型等內容,並發掘設計問題、解決問題及研擬適宜的設計方案。 The course Architectural Design (III) primarily focuses on training students to understand architectural programming, site planning, the structure of individual buildings, spatial dimensions, perception of the built environment, and architectural form. It also emphasizes identifying design problems, solving them, and developing appropriate design solutions.

授課內容

建築與都市規劃設計﹝一﹞與﹝二﹞基本是研究所必修的核心課程,內容以「實質規劃設計」﹝physical planning﹞為主,是一門整合各專業學科的應用課,並以訓練學生成為計畫經理為目標。在﹝一﹞的課程中,著重於基礎訓練的補強,針對指定的基地進行研究分析,研擬潛力限制課題,練習服務建議書與規劃報告書的編寫。在﹝二﹞的課程中,將加強實務的應用,並輔以多樣性的案例說明。每一週的課程將分為兩階段,前一小時以理論與分析技術為主,第二小時將檢核實際方案研究進行的進度。
Architecture and Urban planning (1) and (2) are the core courses for the first year architectural graduate student. Both courses emphasize on the “Physical Planning” content, and aim to educate students to become a project manager. The first section of the course is planned to provide the basic knowledge of
physical planning, (site survey and analysis, opportunities and constraints, issues and strategies, request for proposal and report writing). Students are asked to apply the knowledge to a real assigned project. In the second section of the course, students are asked to complete planning and design process
based on the assigned project. A variety of case studies are provided and discussed to facilitate thinking. Each class includes lecture and practice.

授課方式

1. The class will meet every week. Course will consist of lectures covering the basic material (about one
hour each week), and project review (about one hour each week).
2. 上課方式:前一小時以理論與分析技術的研討為主,第二小時將檢核實際方案研究進行的進度。
3. Readings are to be read prior to the prescribed schedule. Active participation in class is expected.
There will be a major term project and presentation, and several assignments.
4. 課前應先預習該周上課的主題。學生應熱烈的參與討論。
若受疫情影響,則會以MS Teams遠端同步或非同步實施!

課程需求

要報告

1.每週上課將上週所討論之設計內容以圖文方式呈現。
2.期中及期末皆要評圖。
1. In the weekly class, the design content discussed last week will be presented in graphic form.
2. Both the mid-term and the end of the term will be reviewed.
要分組討論
1.本課程期望同學藉由分組討論模式,彼此尋求不同的見解,激發出創新的設計及規劃想法,以銜接未來論文寫作上的創意思考邏輯。
2.每週上課均將上課內容進行議題探討,彙整討論結果。
1. This course expects students to use the group discussion mode to seek different insights from each other, stimulate innovative design and planning ideas, and connect the creative thinking logic of future paper writing.
2. Discuss the content of the class every week, and compile the results of the discussion.
