教學目標內涵
氣候變遷環境議題，從溫室氣體衝擊評估、管制、減量變化甚鉅；國際間建構出永續與碳的管理辦法與機制，本課程實務性將碳相關議題整合，科學性探究碳排放與盤查機制、碳足跡、綠色生產、碳稅與交易等等。

課程概述
碳在社會中已經具有相當多的名詞，包括碳中和、淨零排放、氣候中和、零碳排、基準年、企業碳會計；課程中將一一釐清，並探討國內外碳稅、碳交易等機制，並說明潛在挑戰與契機。
Carbon already has quite a few terms in society, including carbon neutrality, net zero emissions, climate neutrality, zero carbon emissions, base year, corporate carbon accounting; the course will clarify them one by one, and discuss domestic and foreign carbon taxes and carbon trading. etc., and explain the potential challenges and opportunities.
授課內容
碳管理是控制人為溫室氣體排放到大氣中的一系列行為和策略。透過這些行為和策略，能夠幫助國家、企業或個人實現碳中和或淨零排放的目標，以符合溫室氣體階段管制目標與規劃企業2050淨零排放路徑，確保競爭優勢與企業永續。本課程從國家的碳管理政策，瞭解減量目標、總量管制排放交易、效能標準、碳費或碳稅等政策，並以企業角度進行組織碳盤查、產品碳足跡、學習評估各種減碳技術或負碳技術、學習評估各種抵換方式等企業碳管理作為。
Carbon management is a set of behaviors and strategies for controlling anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere. Through these behaviors and strategies, we can help countries, companies or individuals achieve carbon neutrality or net-zero emission goals, comply with greenhouse gas phase control goals and plan the company's 2050 net-zero emission path, and ensure competitive advantage and corporate sustainability. This course uses national carbon management policies to understand policies such as reduction targets, cap emissions trading, performance standards, carbon fees or carbon taxes. From the perspective of the enterprise, we conduct organizational carbon inventory, product carbon footprint, learn and evaluate various carbon reduction technologies or negative carbon technologies, learn and evaluate various offset methods and other corporate carbon management actions.
