教學目標內涵

This course primarily guides students to explore the applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and innovation strategies in modern entrepreneurship, specifically targeting the new era of intelligent entrepreneurship for design studios. The course begins by comparing the fundamental differences between innovative entrepreneurship and traditional entrepreneurship, enabling students to understand the distinct strategies and implementations of each. Subsequently, by clarifying common myths in the entrepreneurial process, the course fosters students' critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. In the section on business models and market strategies, students will be instructed on how to evaluate and optimize business models, and how to develop effective market entry and marketing strategies using data-driven approaches. Students will learn how to utilize generative AI technologies to analyze market data, thereby transforming product-oriented thinking into the ability to create market opportunities. Additionally, the course covers the theories and practices of service design and customer experience, guiding students on how to improve processes and enhance customer experiences to increase the value and effectiveness of services. Through the analysis of real-world case studies and interactive discussions, students will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge in practical scenarios, enhancing their practical skills and decision-making capabilities.

課程概述

課程主要引導學生探索人工智慧(AI)與創新策略在現代創業中的應用,特別針對設計工作室的智能創業新時代。課程首先比較創新創業與傳統創業的基本差異,讓學生理解兩者在策略與實施上的不同。接著透過釐清創業過程中的常見迷思,培養學生的批判性思維與問題解決能力。 在商業模式與市場策略部分,課程將指導學生如何評估與優化商業模式,並運用數據驅動的方法制定有效的市場入口與行銷策略。學生將學習如何運用生成式 AI技術分析市場數據,從而將產品思維轉化為創造市場機會的能力。 此外,課程涵蓋服務設計與顧客體驗的理論與操作指導學生如何改善流程與提升顧客體驗,以增強服務的價值和效益。通過實際案例分析與互動討論,學生將有機會將所學知識應用於實際情境中,提升實務操作與決策能力。

授課內容

本課程帶領同學認識生成式人工智慧、創新思維及設計工作室的創業策略。從AI基礎應用、商業模式到服務設計,課程內容深入淺出,結合理論與實務。後半段將以團隊專題實作,透過AI工具協助,同學將實際發想並簡單規劃屬於自己的創新服務或產品。無需設計背景,只要對未來充滿好奇,就能開啟智能創業的第一步!

This course introduces students to generative AI, innovative thinking, and entrepreneurial strategies for design studios. Covering everything from foundational AI applications and business models to service design, the curriculum progresses clearly from fundamentals to advanced applications, seamlessly integrating theory with practice. In the latter part of the course, students will engage in team projects. Leveraging AI tools, they will actively brainstorm and develop preliminary plans for their own innovative service or product concept. No prior design background is required – all you need is curiosity about the future to take your first step into the world of intelligent entrepreneurship!
