探討DC、BC、KC課程的理論面與實務面之整體架構,期使學生瞭解本課程之實施在於訓練對個人優勢之認知,以建立職涯發展願景,深刻理解職場倫理及社會化意識與外在環境變革,增進每一個人在職場之魅力與競爭力。
This course aims to explore the holistic framework of the theoretical and practical aspects of the DC (Drive), BC (Behavioral), and KC (Knowledge) Competencies.
The goal is to ensure students understand that the implementation of this curriculum is designed to train them in the recognition of personal strengths to establish a career development vision. It seeks to foster a profound understanding of workplace ethics, socialization awareness, and external environmental changes, thereby enhancing each individual's charisma and competitiveness in the workplace.

課程概述
DC動機職能之實施在於訓練對個人優勢之認知,以建立職涯意義與工作願景,促進發揮專業敬業精神。BC行為職能之實施在於認同職場與職務認知,了解組織體制與自我定位,瞭解工作夥伴運作之效益與必要性。KC知識職能之實施在於認識環境演變與學習創新,了解大環境及職務脈動趨向,積極促進學習與創新,建立工作價值概念與成本意識。
The implementation of Drive Competencies (DC) aims to train individuals in the recognition of their personal strengths to establish career meaning and work vision, thereby fostering a spirit of professional dedication.
The implementation of Behavioral Competencies (BC) aims for the recognition of workplace and job roles, understanding the organizational structure and self-positioning, and appreciating the efficiency and necessity of working collaboratively with colleagues.
The implementation of Knowledge Competencies (KC) focuses on recognizing environmental evolution and embracing innovative learning. This involves understanding macro trends and job role dynamics, actively promoting learning and innovation, and establishing concepts of work value and cost awareness.
授課內容
1. 課程目標:加強學生競業態度與就業錄取能力。
2. 課程介紹:邀請各產業領域之業界師資就職場倫理、態度、價值觀進行經驗分享,辦理各項多元工作崗位訓練專案,訓練工作倫理與職場道德、職場生涯規劃、專業態度與敬業、職場人際溝通技巧、職場禮儀、職場專業穿著、有效率之會議、簡報,面試技巧實務練習以及履歷自傳之撰寫。
