課程目標

能了解BIM的功能及運用範圍 能應用BIM模型於建築物裡環境分析 能了解並執行軟體基本建模指令 能利用Revit繪製3D圖 能使用軟體表現建築物理性質及設施資料的功能特點 能使用BIM於綠建築規劃設計

課程概述

建築資訊模型 (Building Information Modeling) 在建築生命週期中，可借由3D視覺模擬於規畫設計階段相互溝通，並藉由施工圖面整合於施工階段針對碰撞干涉檢討，以利建案進行更加順利。 本課程針對BIM運用於建築生命週期中各產業間的介紹及效益、實例分享，並以進階建模及整合之軟體操作為主，藉由BIM軟體基礎工具操作，使學生軟體工具使用再提升。

授課內容

以建築範例為主架構，在建築概念及實務操作中，帶入Building Information Modeling（BIM）的理論與實務。包括：認識BIM、BIM的建築範例應用、BIM的程序、BIM的組織與生產，BIM的建築專業表現，BIM建築元件報表，BIM交換標準。
建築設計範例應用與靜態與動態作品展現，如住宅、樓層、陽台、衛浴、停車格、玻璃屋等，以及靜態、動態作品的展現。
校外參訪實際體驗BIM於建築生產的應用。
Taking the architectural example as the main structure, the theory and practice of Building Information Modeling (BIM) is brought into the architectural concept and practice. Including: understanding BIM, BIM architectural sample application, BIM program, BIM organization and production, BIM architectural professional performance, BIM building component report, BIM exchange standard.
Architectural design examples and static and dynamic works, such as residential, floor, balcony, bathroom, parking, glass house, etc., as well as the display of static and dynamic works.
Off-campus visits actually experience the application of BIM in building production.
