課程目標
透過課程之講解，使學生對都市土地使用規劃之內涵及方法有全面性、系統性之瞭解，以為都市規劃實際操作之基礎。Through teaching of the course , students will be trained to have overall and systematic understanding of the contents and methods of urban land use planning , which will be further used as basic for actual practice of urban planning .

課程概述
授課內容包含土地問題、土地使用規劃方法、土地使用規劃資訊系統、都市自然環境、人口產業、分析、區位與空間需求、土地使用設計等。 The course covers fields of land issues , Mel hood of land use planning , information system of lands use planning , urban natural environment as well as population and industries , analyst use planning , urban natural environment as population and industries, analysis, location , spatial requirements and land use design.
授課內容
公共設施(public facility)係為服務居民及滿足居民生活上的需求，而由政府或政府鼓勵私人投資、興建及管理維護的設施，而這些公共設施是由公共大眾擁有與管理，其經營是無競爭性的，並由稅收或使用者付費方式支持，其有的供市民使用，有得供特定區內的居民使用。因此，本課程將從公共設施定義談起，循序漸進地說明公共設施功能、目的、種類、區位、規劃原則與流程、規劃標準與執行、區求與估算、用地取得與各項設施之規劃與分析，由深入淺地教導公共設施的基本知識與概念。

每週一主題，透過主題式提問與學生互動討論，輔以簡報、課堂作業等方式授課。
