課程目標

由淺入深的研析各單元內容，剖析敷地計畫的學理，並有系統的運用實例解析基地規劃之操作方法。

課程概述

敷地計畫是在基地上合理安排土地(環境)利用與人類(活動)之構造物之間的關係，並尋求兩者之間的均衡。敷地計畫主要內容在於確認環境規劃配置與量體，呼應環境及土地利用的總量明確地概估，為調和建築和環境之間的一門學科。

授課內容

本課程以敷地計畫理論、定義及規劃程序、基地調查與分析(含生活環境氣候、地質、水文、生態環境、土地使用等)、規劃方法與計劃評估(土地使用、動線、排水、整地及植栽計畫等)為本課程教學之主軸，並於課程進行中輔以相關實例解說，強調實務之運用。
Many teaching contents of this course include the theory, definition and planning procedure of land laying plan, site investigation and analysis (including living environment climate, geology, hydrology, ecological environment, land use, etc.), planning method and plan evaluation (land use, moving line, drainage, site preparation and planting plans, etc.). In addition, relevant examples are provided during the course, emphasizing the application of practice.
