國土計畫為整體都市空間發展之基本計畫，從都市發展與規劃思潮探討都市計畫之公共決策及規劃過程

課程概述
本課程旨在介紹國土計畫的基本概念、原則和方法，探討如何通過科學的規劃來促進國土的可持續發展和有效利用。課程內容涵蓋土地利用規劃、環境保護、資源管理和城市發展等方面，以及國土計畫的歷史背景、政策框架、規劃方法、實務案例及當前挑戰，並強調多元參與與跨領域合作的重要性。並通過案例分析和實際項目使學生掌握國土計畫的應用技能。讓學生了解如何透過國土計畫來實現可持續發展、資源管理及社區發展。
This course aims to introduce the basic concepts, principles and methods of Spatial Planning, and explore how to promote the sustainable development and effective use of land through scientific planning. The course content covers aspects such as land use planning, environmental protection, resource management and urban development, as well as the historical background, policy framework, planning methods, practical cases and current challenges of Spatial Planning. That emphasizes the importance of diverse participation and cross-disciplinary cooperation. And through case analysis and practical projects, students can master the application skills of Spatial Planning. To enable students to understand how to achieve sustainable development, resource management and community development through Spatial Planning.
授課內容
1.國土計畫發展演變過程，對縣市綜合發展計畫（縣市國土計畫）、都會（市）區域計畫、區域計畫、特定區域計畫（流域發展計畫、問題區域發展計畫、離島地區計畫、國家公園計畫與國家風景區計畫…）、國土計畫（國土綜合發展計畫）和跨國性區域計畫…等不同類型區域計畫的特性和內涵具有整體瞭解。
2.熟悉國土規劃程序中所用到的理論、方法和資料來源。
3.瞭解先進國家等國土規劃的計畫特性與發展。
4.瞭解國土發展問題與國土規劃未來展望。
1.The development and evolution process of regional plans, and have an overall understanding of the characteristics and connotations of different types of regional plans. There are county and city comprehensive development plan (county city land plan), metropolitan (city) regional plan, regional plan, specific area plan (watershed development plan, problematic area development plan, outlying island area plan, national park plan and National Scenic Area Plans…), Spatial Planning Plans (Comprehensive Land Development Plans) and Transnational Regional Plans.
2. Familiar with theories, methods and data sources used in the Spatial Planning process.
3. Understand the planning characteristics and development of Spatial Planning in advanced countries.
4. Understand regional development issues and future prospects of Spatial Planning.
